Hi Margherita, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Hi everyone, my name is Margherita Riello Bell. I’m a mother, a wife, and a first-generation Italian immigrant who started Bell Fitness out of a deep passion for fitness and helping others, a passion I share with my husband, Michael.

Growing up, I was often picked last for sports, but in my twenties, I found my love for fitness. This personal journey and our passion for fitness and helping others led us to open Bell Fitness, turning a dream into reality and a personal challenge into an empowering mission. This year, in September, we will be celebrating ten years of business!!!

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Despite facing challenges like competition from large franchise gyms, marketing budget constraints, and increasing rent costs, my dedication to Bell Fitness and our community remains unwavering.

I am committed to continuing this journey and making an even greater impact through fitness and community support. Covid was challenging, too, but we got out of it stronger than before.

We are a community-driven fitness center dedicated to empowering individuals through health and wellness. Founded out of a personal passion for fitness, Bell Fitness is not just a gym—it’s a place where people come together to support each other and achieve their fitness goals.

At Bell Fitness, we offer a wide range of fitness programs tailored to meet the needs of our diverse members. From strength training and cardio workouts to specialized classes and personal training, we provide comprehensive solutions for everyone, regardless of their fitness level.

Specializations: We specialize in creating personalized fitness plans that cater to individual goals, whether weight loss, muscle building, or overall wellness. Our trainers are among the best in the West Valley, bringing expertise and a genuine commitment to helping our members succeed. We offer 30-minute sessions that can easily fit into anyone’s schedule.

Have you learned any interesting or important lessons due to the COVID-19 crisis?
Absolutely! I can sum up the lessons in 2 sentences: Never stop evolving, you need to keep evolving, and you need to do it fast if you want to survive.

The second one: never give up, fall seven times, and get up 8. Being a business owner is definitely a continuous test.
