Community Highlights: Meet Kristen Harper of Perfect Health Consulting Services, LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kristen Harper.

Hi Kristen, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My passion is health and wellness. It derives from my own personal journey. I struggled for years with health challenges. I spent a lot of time researching to obtain answers for my health concerns. I explored many holistic and natural modalities to try to find the best ones that would improve my health. I discovered hair mineral analysis and nutritional balancing back in 2001, which changed my health in a positive way. It taught me the importance of taking care of your health in a natural way. Even years before I discovered this modality, I was never a person who had any interest in taking medications. I believe my health challenges were all by design to prepare me for my life’s purpose. I had to go through hardships in order to learn the health problems people are facing on Earth and then learn how to overcome them. The best teachers are those who have gone through the same problems as the individuals who are seeking help.

I founded Perfect Health Consulting Services in 2009 and other businesses later. I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management Degree with a certificate in Entrepreneurship and Master of Administration degree with an emphasis in Health Promotion. I am presently pursuing my Executive MBA at Quantic School of Business and Technology. Additionally, I have obtained education in health and wellness modalities.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
My struggles along the way have been years of health challenges, including adrenal exhaustion and overcoming an eating disorder. It is never fun dealing with health concerns; however, they made me a better teacher. Also, my dark night of the soul and spiritual awakening journey has been difficult. I had losses and struggles. My spiritual awakening started in 2021 and continues. I have learned a lot, and it has made me a stronger person. My advice is to never give up and keep going.

I founded Perfect Health Consulting Services in 2009 to help people achieve perfect health by taking a natural approach. My business provides holistic health services, including hair mineral analysis, Quantum Biofeedback, Energy 4 Life Bioenergetics (formerly NES Health), and Vibrational Sound Therapy. These services include a healthy diet, nutritional supplements, optimum lifestyle, detoxification, and other recommendations. They address all aspects of a person’s well-being, including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Another business I own is Kristen Harper, LLC, which provides keynote speeches and workshops for better health and a happier life.

I have obtained a Nutritional Balancing Science / Hair Analysis Diploma, a Hair Analysis Certification, and am a NES Health Practitioner. I am also a Biofeedback Specialist and a Certified Vibrational Sound Practitioner. My goals include obtaining certifications in more holistic health modalities, attending naturopathic / chiropractic medical school out of state, and starting a non-profit organization.

Eventually, I want to narrow my focus and help people who are struggling with Complex PTSD, eating disorders, narcissistic abuse, money blocks, concussions, whiplash, adrenal exhaustion, Hashimoto’s disease, back pain, nervous system dysregulation, memory issues, inability to focus, stress, and trauma stored in the unconscious mind / body.

Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
For those who would like to start a business, I would recommend obtaining education. You should look into obtaining a Bachelor in Business (entrepreneurship), an MBA, or even an Executive MBA. By obtaining this type of education, you will learn every aspect of running a business, including accounting, finance, leading organizations, strategy, marketing, and more.
