Community Highlights: Meet Jodee Bock of Bock’s Office

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jodee Bock.

Hi Jodee, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
I always think of myself as an accidental entrepreneur. I was a restless employee for many years but couldn’t quite figure out why. I got my Life Purpose and Career Coaching Certification in 2005 and started my own consulting and coaching business without having much of an idea how to do that. As I progressed in my self-awareness journey, which started with completing the Landmark Curriculum for Living in 2003, I realized that the details of anything were always what held me back from listening to what I now realize is my Life Purpose.

I’ve been recruited to join organizations as a partner or as an employee throughout the 20 years of this new awareness journey and it’s becoming more and more clear that my work needs to be done outside of a traditional business hierarchy. I’m completely committed to assisting other leaders who are waking up to their Life Purpose as they navigate that journey and then do the same for others they direct the work of or influence at work or outside of work.

My platform is Get REAL, where REAL is an acronym for Radical (not what you might believe that is… think RADish – root – it’s getting back to your core), Energized, Authentic, and Learning-focused. I know that the world will change for the better when humans Connect, Communicate and Collaborate, and I’m a catalyst and a guide along that journey for those humans who are ready and searching.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
Not even close! I realize that while some of us are on this path to conscious leadership, the majority are not. I always felt something was missing until I did my deep work to uncover my limiting beliefs. I’ve recently completed some certifications in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) which has helped me understand the more scientific side of this awakening. I’ve also studied Napoleon Hill’s work for many years and have recently dug into the unedited version of Outwitting the Devil, which has helped me step into the spiritual side of conscious leadership.

As I become more REAL myself, I invite others to join me, and that’s where I realize how crucial this self-awareness work is. Whether we are talking politics, religion, education, or business, many individuals are waking up and wondering if they are missing something or if they are the only ones feeling as they do. They’re not, and I’m committed to bringing them together.

Jodee Bock is a dynamic business communicator who encourages people to have conversations and dialogues that matter, with PEOPLE who matter (and that’s everyone). By encouraging them to think beyond their reasons, she leaves audiences with new insights and ideas for turning their knowledge into action.

With more than 20 years of experience in the areas of corporate communication, media relations, executive coaching, and training & development, I am committed to bringing people together to uncover their limiting beliefs and encourage others to do the same. I hold certifications in Life Purpose and Career Coaching, Extreme Leadership®, PSYCH-K Facilitation, Job Relations Training (JRT), and Life Success Consulting®. I have written several books, podcast interviews, speeches, and blog posts, and have been called a boat rocker and a people enhancer, thanks to my unique ability to add a new perspective to common ways of thinking.

In 2020 during the pandemic’s beginning, I created a new brand called Get REAL (Radical, Energized, Authentic, and Learning-focused). My six-week REAL Me: Intensive course has been the impetus for people to dig deep into their own limiting beliefs. My podcast is called Circle Up & Get REAL, where I share conversations that matter with people who matter. We talk about topics and subjects that will appeal to those who are waking up to their greatness despite what their surroundings or circumstances might dictate.

What makes you happy?
Witnessing others on their journey to accountability and self-awareness. This makes me happy because it shows me that the angst and struggle I’ve had in believing I was the only one feeling the way I was feeling was all worth the effort. I can be an authentic light-bringer as we all step into a new level of awareness together. There’s nothing better than a REAL conversation with people who are more interested in what’s possible than what’s wrong.
