Tender Arm Sleeve began with a simple idea — to create a comforting, practical, and beautiful product designed to make everyday life a little easier. Inspired by my daughters. What started as a personal project quickly grew into a small business built on compassion, quality, and connection.

From the beginning, our goal was to design something versatile, durable, and built to last — not a product to discard after a few uses, but one you can depend on for years. The Tender Arm Sleeve stands apart from anything else on the market: it’s unique, thoughtfully engineered, and made to provide lasting comfort and support. Titled as an innovative baby product by tv show “World’s Greatest” beating out several other baby products.

Beyond the product itself, we believe deeply in giving back. A portion of every sale supports “No Kid Goes Hungry,” helping to provide meals for children in need. We also donate Tender Arm Sleeves to local NICUs, offering a touch of care to families during vulnerable times.

Our story has been shared on national TV, local news outlets, and even caught the attention of Shark Tank’s casting team — milestones that reflect not just success, but the love and impact behind our brand.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No — it’s definitely been a challenging one, but every obstacle has taught me something valuable. Like many small business owners, I faced production issues during the first run, worked tirelessly to ensure every product met the highest safety standards, and navigated rising costs and timing constraints while trying to find the right people to join my team.

There were moments when things felt overwhelming — balancing quality, expenses, and deadlines — but I refused to give up. Through perseverance, creativity, and faith, I kept pushing forward. Now, I’m proud to say we’re growing, we’re selling, and we’re making a real difference. The journey hasn’t been easy, but it’s been absolutely worth it — because I never quit. 💪💛

I’m proud to wear a few hats — I’m the founder of Tender Arm Sleeve, an aerospace consulting professional, and a licensed real estate agent since 2007. Across every venture, my mission is the same: to serve others with integrity, excellence, and heart.

A fun personal detail — everyone in my family, from my parents and siblings to my husband and daughter, all have names that start with the letter “J.” It’s become a special family tradition that makes us smile and keeps that “J” connection running strong!
