Community Highlights: Meet Felicia Stenberg of 3-21 Properties

Today we’d like to introduce you to Felicia Stenberg.

Hi Felicia, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers?
I am a mother of three beautiful children and wife to a wonderful man and wanted to find a career where I could maximize my time with my family, but also help provide a decent living for them. I always wanted to get my real estate license but dragged my feet going to school for it.

After the passing of my cousin, I realized time is not always promised, and if I was going to get my license, I needed to do it now and stop making excuses. January 2021, I began my schooling. I finished school, passed my test, and signed on with the agency Fathom Realty in August 2021. I always knew that I wanted to include the Down Syndrome community in whatever I did in honor of my daughter who has Down syndrome. Thus, 3-21 Properties was born.

Down syndrome, or Trisomy 21, is when an individual has three copies of the 21st chromosome. That is where we get the term 3-21. At the end of every year, 3.21% of my commissions earned go to a local Down Syndrome group here in Arizona. I thoroughly enjoy helping people find their dream homes, selling their homes, and it is a privilege and added bonus that I get to help provide for my family and donate to organizations that are so close to my heart.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
My journey started with schooling, and that, I’ve come to find out, was the easy part.

I can’t really complain though, because so far my journey has actually been pretty smooth. I have great colleagues and a great mentor that have helped me every step of the way! There have been a couple of bumps, but what would I learn without challenges? I find that’s where all the best lessons come from!

Right now, I am focused on building clientele and continuing to educate myself on the ever-changing market.

I specialize in residential real estate. I love to help people buy and sell houses, whether it be their dream homes, their first homes, or homes they want to flip!

I am very dedicated to my clients and appreciate the honor that they give me to help them with their decisions in real estate. My favorite part of my company is the name, 3-21 Properties. I love that through doing what I enjoy, I am able to help my family and also donate to local Down Syndrome groups here in Arizona that hold a special place in my heart.
