Community Highlights: Meet CEO LaLa of No Baddies Left Behind

Today we’d like to introduce you to CEO LaLa.

CEO, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
What started as a personal healing journey has grown into a global movement. Healing in heels is my tagline! No Baddies Left Behind was born from my desire to empower women to embrace their full potential, break barriers, and walk boldly in their purpose. During one of the most transformative seasons of my life, I realized that my pain had purpose — and that purpose was to help other women heal while building their dreams. Today, No Baddies Left Behind stands as a movement for women empowerment, business education, and purpose-driven living. I’ve turned my vision into reality — one that uplifts women all over the world. My journey proves that when you lead with faith, passion, and purpose, there truly are no baddies left behind.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Definitely not — but every obstacle has shaped me into the woman and leader I am today. Building No Baddies Left Behind from the ground up came with late nights, self-doubt, financial challenges, and moments where I had to keep believing in the vision even when no one else could see it yet.

There were times I had to balance being a mother, a businesswoman, and a motivator for others while still healing myself. I’ve had to learn how to lead with grace, stay consistent when things got slow, and keep pushing when doors closed. But every “no” only pushed me closer to the purpose God had for me.

The struggles taught me resilience, faith, and the power of sisterhood — because even in my hardest moments, I was reminded that I wasn’t building this for me alone. I was building it for every woman who needed to know she could rise again, too.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about No Baddies Left Behind ?
No Baddies Left Behind is more than just a brand — it’s a global movement and sisterhood created to empower women to become the best version of themselves. We specialize in women empowerment, business development, mentorship, and creating safe spaces where women can heal, grow, and thrive together.

Our brand focuses on turning pain into power and purpose into prosperity. We host empowerment events, business formation workshops, networking experiences, community givebacks, and creative collaborations that help women step into their confidence, build their brands, and walk boldly in their calling.

What sets No Baddies Left Behind apart is our heart. We’re not just about appearances or titles — we’re about transformation. Every woman who connects with our movement leaves feeling seen, supported, and inspired to elevate her life. We live by the motto “Healing in Heels” — because we believe women can be healing and still handling business.

I’m most proud of the authenticity behind the brand. We don’t just talk about women empowerment — we live it. Whether it’s feeding the homeless, giving back through our charity events, or helping women start their LLCs, No Baddies Left Behind stands for real impact.

What I want readers to know is that this is just the beginning. We’re building a global network of self-made baddies who uplift, collaborate, and win together — because if one wins, we all win. 💕

Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
I truly believe that risk-taking is a part of walking in your purpose. Every major leap I’ve taken with No Baddies Left Behind has come with risk — financially, emotionally, and spiritually. Starting a brand from the ground up, especially one centered on empowering others, meant putting myself out there without guarantees of support or success.

One of my biggest risks was investing my own time, money, and energy into creating events, workshops, and programs before I had a large following or sponsors. I also took a risk by stepping into leadership while I was still healing myself — but I knew that if I waited for the “perfect moment,” the vision would never come to life.

Risk, to me, is about faith and trust. It’s believing so deeply in your mission that you’re willing to sacrifice comfort to see it grow. Not every risk pays off immediately, but every risk has taught me resilience, strategy, and the importance of staying true to my calling.

I think the biggest difference between those who dream and those who succeed is the willingness to take the first step without seeing the entire staircase. That’s what No Baddies Left Behind was for me — a step of faith that turned into a movement.
