Brittany Driscoll is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Squeeze, a way better massage experience. Squeeze is headquartered in Nashville, TN with its flagship location in Studio City, CA, and is now franchising nationwide. Scottsdale is the third brick-and-mortar location for Squeeze.
Driscoll also Co-Founded and leads The Feel-Good Company, a service agency supporting a collective of wellness brands dedicated to bettering the mind, body, and soul for good; and serves as Chairwoman of the Board for Okay Humans, a talk therapy concept and counseling experience focused on emotional and mental wellness, and Brightside, a new infrared yoga and sauna concept launching in Los Angeles in early 2023.
Prior to Squeeze, Driscoll spent four years at Drybar, the original blow dry bar and the world’s largest blow dry franchise, as Vice President of Marketing, where she helped grow the company from $30 Million to more than $100 Million in revenue. While at the company, Driscoll onboarded over 20 new Operating Partners, opened more than 50 new Drybar shops, and launched the Drybar product line internationally, as well as in Sephora, Ulta, Nordstrom, and Bloomingdales.
Leading up to her time at Drybar, Driscoll spent over a decade in marketing and advertising working on various global brands and with Fortune 500 corporations including Hilton Worldwide, The Coca-Cola Company, Disney, Mattel, Toyota, Home Depot, and more. She has been featured in multiple national publications such as Business Insider, Entrepreneur Magazine, Fast Company, Forbes, and more as an expert in creating disruption in retail.
A female entrepreneur, cancer survivor, and wellness advocate, Driscoll has a strong passion for supporting other women in business and has become a thought leader in her community. She believes in speaking up for what you believe in, empowering people to use their voices, and that we all have the ability to change the world for good.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I don’t think there’s any smooth road to entrepreneurship! We certainly had our struggles through the pandemic especially since our flagship location had only been operating for 11 months before the world shut down.
Trying to scale and franchise a high-touch business was no easy feat but our belief and passion for what we’re building helped keep us going and I’m really proud to say we made it out the other side with now over 50 location in development.
We’ve been impressed with Squeeze, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
At Squeeze, our tagline is A Way Better Massage Experience because of all the things that set us apart. Our proprietary, industry-leading app allows guests to book, set personalized preferences, pay, tip, rate, and review all at their fingertips so that after their massage they can figuratively float out, avoiding the awkward checkout process. Every aspect of our experience is customizable from pressure, to music and lighting – all of these preferences are saved to a guest’s profile so we know exactly what they want, each and every time. Each massage also includes the option of deep tissue, heat therapy, aromatherapy, and percussion therapy at no additional charge.

Our goal with franchising Squeeze is to create a launchpad of opportunities for individuals who are passionate about people and who want to take their livelihood into their own hands. Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
Both the massage industry and the franchising industry are on an upward trajectory.
