Today we’d like to introduce you to Alin & Meg Khajadorian.

Hi Alin & Meg, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstories.
We worked at a property management company in Los Angeles for two years prior to real estate, which aided us in developing the skills we need to be successful agents. We worked directly with contractors on ensuring homes are up to code and inhabitable conditions.

We made a big move to Chandler Arizona, got our real estate license, and decided the desert will be ours forever home. We started our real estate journey in March 2020 and had great success through our sphere of influence, referrals, and open houses.

Currently, we are part of Arizona’s #1 real estate team (Laughton team) and are constantly perfecting our negotiation skills, cutting-edge marketing & continuously creating valuable connections!

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
NO! It has been far from smooth, but that is what real estate is all about, right?

We started our business at the start of the pandemic, not only was it hard to jumpstart a new career, but we had to get creative in finding new avenues for lead gen. That is why we turned to our sphere at the beginning.

We are two young female realtors fresh into the real estate world so we had to work extra hard to provide value and earn our client’s trust.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about AMK Sister Realtors?
We are two realtor sisters in the SouthEast Valley of AZ that love helping all kinds of clients, from first time home buyers who’ve been renting their entire lives, to sellers that want the highest and best price for their home, to investors looking to enhance their real estate portfolio, and everyone in between!

Since our first real estate transaction was the purchase of our own first home, our niche is first-time home buyers, to educate them about the home buying process, and to ensure it is as smooth and as stress-free as possible.

We are known for our notorious TikToks & Instagram Reels, where we try to be as educational as possible, with of course a dash of humor! Buying a home is something that almost every single person gets to experience at least once during their lifetime, and our goal is to help out as many families as we can.

Since there are two of us, we let nothing fall through the cracks, and there’s always one of us available. We recognize & value the trust that our clients place in us & we strive every day to exceed their expectations. Whether a buyer, a seller, or an investor, we think of our clients like family.

We want them to lean on us—we are here to keep the process fluid, successful & stress-free.

In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
Essentially, Arizona has set up a new bar when it comes to real estate pricing!

We think the prices may continue rising, if not, steadying out at some point, but not a price drop. Inventory is still low, and interest rates are on the rise. We still have a lot of buyers looking for homes, and sellers are still at an advantage.

The Real Estate industry will continue to boom within the net 5-10 years, especially in the Phoenix Metro area, considering so many people are continuously moving here.
