Hi Adison, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started Stratus Digital Agency after successfully marketing a clothing company during the height of Covid-19. I realized that my true passion was in the digital marketing aspect of business, and two years later made that transition. I officially launched my business in January of 2022 and have seen rapid success in the industry thus far.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been fairly smooth?
It has been a fun challenge to navigate establishing my business, although, like any new business, it has not been smooth sailing. Everything I have established has been self-taught, with no mentor, no advice, just pure research, and patience. You come up with changes daily; no two days are the same. A business is like a new child, you are exhausted and constantly learning, but it is rewarding, fulfilling, and exciting.

Stratus Digital Agency is exceptionally versatile. We are a full-service Digital Marketing Agency, from Web Design to Social Media Management. Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
I’m a high-level risk taker. I started my company in January, got my LLC by February, and quit my full-time job in Pharmaceutical Sales to pursue running my agency in May. I had so many signs telling me that it was time to move forward with this decision, I had financial goals that I met before leaving my job, and I felt so confident in my decision. I firmly believe that whatever you set your mind to, you can achieve. As long as you believe in yourself, there is no way that you can fail.
