Today we’d like to introduce you to PARADISE WARRIORS.
PARADISE WARRIORS are brothers, Ryan and Mark Huxley. Their synced vocal harmonies, elegant songwriting style, and diverse musical palette create a unique world of music. Pop Rock, Adult Top 40, and the Californian Sound are comparable genres to the varied textures of PARADISE WARRIORS.
Ryan and Mark have performed to crowds of 3, all the way to 20,000 people. With performances broadcast on Commercial Television across the entire state of Western Australia, the Warriors have also performed at Charity events, including Telethon performances. This was alongside Australian Idol winner, runner up, Anthony Callea, ‘Home and Away’ stars, and rock ‘n’ roll artists Normie Rowe and Johnny Young. They have had recordings broadcast and aired on top Perth stations including Nova 93.7FM; ‘Nathan and Nat’s Breakfast Show’, Radio Fremantle 107.9FM and Sonshine FM 98.5.
From their roots in Rock ’n’ Roll, Disney and Pop, Mark and Ryan delved into Classical Music, and the musical stage and film. They formed a successful Beach Boys tribute band playing, at times, to thousands of people and which would eventually shape their vocal blend. Diverse artists such as Tom Waits, Buddy Holly and T Rex would also inspire PARADISE WARRIORS with a distinct style for telling fables and stories.
Their debut album, “There’s a place” was released on the 15th of November, 2018.
“Everyone is looking for their own kind of paradise. And, you’re always fighting for it”. PARADISE WARRIORS.
We’d love to hear more about your art. What do you do and why and what do you hope others will take away from your work?

PARADISE WARRIORS:
Fighting the good fight.
Have things improved for artists? What should cities do to empower artists?
Artists are privileged to be able to share music online, these days. Before the digital age, audiences had to attend shows to see music. With the invention of platforms like YouTube, audiences can see and hear their favorite artist/s with the click of a button. You can be up at 4 Am and watch a concert that was filmed at Wembley Stadium.
But, this has deterred many audiences from attending shows and concerts, as music is now so readily available and instantaneous.
Despite this, people ultimately want genuine connection to others. Regardless of the medium, digital or ‘in-person’ at a concert, PARADISE WARRIORS want to encourage and ‘build up’ their fans.
Do you have any events or exhibitions coming up? Where would one go to see more of your work? How can people support you and your artwork?
PARADISE WARRIORS have been selected to perform at “RAW Artists” showcase on 6th June;
