Today we’d like to introduce you to Stephanie Trujillo.
Hi Stephanie , it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I started with Infinite Therapy Services as an Assistant Practice Manager in 2023, and I’m still proudly in this role today, From the beginning, I’ve felt deeply connected to the company’s mission and values. The positive atmosphere, the dedication of the providers and BCBAs, and the leadership of an incredible Clinical Director have all made me feel like I’m exactly where I’m meant to be.
Being part of a company that’s making a real difference in the lives of children on the spectrum brings me so much joy. My passion for this field is also personal—my mother was in this field for 25 years, and through her, I learned to have patience, understanding, and a genuine heart for these children. Although she is no longer with me, I carry everything she taught me in my heart. I truly believe that being in this field and becoming a part of this amazing company was a gift from God. It feels like I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be, heading in the right direction.
Infinite has also helped me grow in ways I never expected. I’ve stepped outside of my comfort zone and done things I once feared. It gave me the wings I needed to fly, and for that, I’m truly grateful. I’m committed to staying with Infinite and continuing to grow with the company as we work together to create meaningful change.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Some of my struggles along the way involved taking on tasks I never imagined myself doing, but I’m grateful for those experiences because they’ve pushed me to grow and become more confident in my abilities.
So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
What matters most to me is my family. I’m the rock of my family, and they’re the reason I strive to grow and better myself every day. They mean the world to me, and I will always keep pushing forward and fighting to make sure they’re taken care of and supported in every way I can.
