Hi Shay, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story. 
Unleash the Power of Shay Sandifer, the Ultimate Badass Mompreneur and Multi-Talented Trailblazer! I have been a self-made serial entrepreneur since becoming a stay-at-home mom that grew obsessed with health and fitness, and that has since grown into multiple business ventures fully propelled by being able to balance being a Mompreneur AND a present Mama and family woman. 

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Shay, the ultimate powerhouse who is taking the worlds of entrepreneurship, beauty, fitness, and real estate by storm. Shay is a force to be reckoned with. As a badass Mompreneur, she fearlessly balances the demands of parenting while building multiple successful businesses. From mastering the art of hairstyling to conquering the real estate market as an accomplished AZ Realtor, Shay exemplifies what it means to be a multi-talented trailblazer. 

But Shay doesn’t stop there. She is also a fitness fanatic, pushing the boundaries of physical fitness and inspiring others to embrace an active lifestyle. Her passion for outdoor activities and finding balance in a full life shine through in every endeavor she undertakes. 

Thanks – so, what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
What sets me apart is my unwavering dedication to serving others. My deep desire to revolutionize and inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs is infectious, making me a true catalyst for change in the business world. My story is one of determination, resilience, and the pursuit of excellence. As a Hairstylist of 18 years running my own business, Fitness Coach, and AZ Real Estate Agent, as well as a mom of two incredible little men, I wear all these hats and do it propelled by my love and desire to serve others. A common question I always get is, “How do you do it?” and my answer is always- I’ve never given myself another choice, I’ve always been very ambitious, and I have just made it a priority to involve my children in all my ventures, they learn the value of work ethic, serving others and being dreaming big! Being a mom has never held me back, my sons are my reason why, not an excuse not too! 

Any big plans?
I have been working on something for a while in hopes to help others and give insight on how I have been able to center myself and achieve my day-to-day goals as well as long-term dreams/goals. I have been working on a daily affirmation manifestation book/ journal for Boss Moms to help set daily Health and work-life Balance along with meal plans, short workout routines, and healthy meal recipes. My hope is this book will help structure and motivate other Momprenuers achieve all their heart’s desires! Keep an eye out for the release date later this summer!
