Today we’d like to introduce you to Ricianna Campbell.

Ricianna Campbell

Hi Ricianna, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
It all started when I was just a kid, standing on the corner of my street, a small table in front of me. My best friend and a pitcher of freshly squeezed lemonade. For just 50 cents a cup, I offered a refreshing break to anyone who passed by, a small taste of summer on a busy day. I was just a kid, but I loved providing people with a service — setting up my little corner stand, making the drinks, chatting with anyone who would listen. I learned early on that there was something special about serving people, making them smile, and offering a small moment of joy to their day.

As I grew older, that spark for hospitality and the art of making people feel good never went away. I started bartending when I was in my late teens, and what was initially just a way to make some extra cash quickly turned into a deep passion. The creativity, the fast-paced environment, the connection with customers — it all clicked.

I began experimenting with new drink recipes, learning everything I could about flavors and techniques, and truly mastering my skills. It wasn’t just about pouring drinks; it was about crafting an experience for each person who sat at my bar. I wanted every sip to feel special, and every interaction to be memorable. It became clear to me that bartending wasn’t just a job!

Starting a mobile bar business felt like a natural transformation. It was a way to combine my love of bartending with the same entrepreneurial spirit I had as a kid selling lemonade on the corner. I wanted to create a space where people could gather, enjoy great drinks, and celebrate life’s moments — big or small. Just like that, Drink House was born.

Now, when I show up to an event with my mobile bar setup, it feels like a full-circle moment. I’ve come a long way from that little lemonade stand, but the core of what drives me is the same: creating experiences, connecting with people, and making moments unforgettable — one drink at a time.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
While it has been an incredible journey, it has not been a smooth road. The path to building my mobile bartending business had its fair share of bumps, twists, and turns I didn’t expect.

As a small business, you’re always going to face unprecedented challenges. Finding the right balance between the work load, finances, quality ingredients and making sure that with each event your client feels satisfied with the product.

Exploring the right place for you and your business will always be a learning curve. When the times and trends are changing, staying vigilant to that while maintaining the integrity of the business has been most difficult. I want to create something beautiful, personable, and lively — but, I still want my business to feel like me.

Something I’ve had to learn is that not everyone will have the same style, taste and need for what I have to offer, and that is okay.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a bartender and business owner. I specialize in creating craft cocktails while maintaining a heavy work flow. I use my knowledge to create unique and delicious recipes for my clients.

I am known for being a kind hearted individual and making some pretty flavorful cocktails and mocktails. Whatever I put my mind to I will do it, even if it takes days, months or years.

I am most proud of the time I put into each individual cocktail and how I genuinely care about each one of my clients. Although making money is a must for any job, I did not start my business for the money. I started it to connect and transform each one of my clients events into something very special.

I am set apart from others because I will put more time, effort and care into each event, — creating the perfect recipe, and making a beautiful menu. I want each one of my clients to feel as if I was made to serve them and their event is the only one of its kind!

What matters most to you?
What matters most to me is the relationships I build along the way. The connections to individuals and being able to be apart of their most special days. The weddings, baby showers, birthday parties, — all unique in their own way. My love language is showing up and acts of service and what better way to show each and every client how their events are just as important to me as my closest friend.

Healthy long lasting relationships are truly hard to come by these days, so I think that is what matters most. I want to work with and for the client, creating the most memorable day.
