Sure, I’d love to share my story.

I’m Rudlyn Emmanuelle, an Afro-Latina passionate about connection and creating meaningful experiences. My journey started with a degree in hospitality and early training to become a flight attendant, but I soon discovered that my true calling was in event planning and community building.

I pursued a master’s in event production and trained as an event planner, driven by a deep love for making people feel welcomed and seen. That passion led me to launch Amazing Hostess, a service designed to help hosts enjoy their events while we take care of the details, ensuring guests are warmly received.

Later, I founded Qué Hay Pa’ Hoy Arizona, a digital platform highlighting Latin American events and culture across the state. It’s a space to celebrate who we are, connect with others, and feel at home whether you’re a local or a visitor.

I also created Aquí Entre Curls, a movement underconstruction for women with curly hair like mine, focused on self-love, culture, and embracing our roots.

Today, I combine my background in hospitality, my love for storytelling, and my cultural identity to empower communities through events, content, and experiences that move people emotionally and leave a lasting impact.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It hasn’t been a smooth road.
As an Afro-Latina immigrant, I’ve faced challenges with visibility, representation, and limited resources. Balancing passion, identity, and entrepreneurship hasn’t always been easy. But those struggles taught me resilience, empathy, and purpose. They pushed me to create inclusive spaces and keep building, even when the path wasn’t clear.

I’m the founder of Amazing Hostess and creator of community-based platforms like Qué Hay Pa’ Hoy Arizona and Aquí Entre Curls.

At Amazing Hostess, we specialize in creating unforgettable guest experiences by offering warm, professional hospitality and event support. From private events to corporate gatherings, we ensure hosts can fully enjoy their moment while we take care of the details and welcome guests with intention.

Qué Hay Pa’ Hoy Arizona is a digital media platform that highlights Latin American culture and events across the state, helping locals and visitors connect with our vibrant community through food, music, and experiences.

And Aquí Entre Curls is a movement that celebrates women with curly hair, focusing on identity, self-love, and cultural pride through curated events and brand collaborations.

What sets us apart is our heart. Everything we create is rooted in hospitality, community, and cultural authenticity. I’m most proud of the fact that each project empowers others to feel seen, inspired, and connected.

I want readers to know that my brand is more than a service it’s an experience. Whether we’re welcoming guests, curating an event, or building community, we do it with soul, style, and purpose.

How do you think about luck?
Luck has shown up in moments, but purpose and persistence have led the way.
I’ve had unexpected opportunities, yes but they came after consistent work, preparation, and staying true to my vision. Even the challenges shaped me. In the end, luck may open a door, but it’s heart and hustle that keep it open.
