Today we’d like to introduce you to Mickey Pangburn.
Hi Mickey, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
MRCH started making electronic bops a decade ago. Carving a particular brand of cinematic indie electronic music and landing spots in several TV Shows before the pandemic took the wind out of our sails. After that we jumped back in self-producing and opening for one of our favorite bands Cannons. Mid-way through that tour Mickey had a spontaneous lung collapse that led to surgery and a year of recovery. Early We’re back again though! 2026 started with a new EP. Now, new music is on the way and we have our first song in a movie coming up in August ~ A film called Capsized premiering at EIFF. It’s been a bit of a rollercoaster to say the least, but we’re excited about what’s coming up.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
MRCH is an indie electronic duo. We’re known for our energetic performances and cinematic songs. We’re so grateful to have had opportunities to work with other story tellers to have our music in film and television. Jesse (drummer) also runs a local AZ / CA coffee company called Cartel. And Mickey co-founded a non-profit film club/pop-up cinema events group called Cinehaze. They believe Music, Movies and Coffee are one of the ultimate trifectas.

Time with loved ones, art, pretty environments, good food and drinks.
