Today we’d like to introduce you to Lori Marie Silva.
Hi Lori Marie, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I’m Lori Marie, born and raised in the Bay Area of California. My journey begins like most; we all carry our unique traumas from childhood, but mine has always been defined by a refusal to accept things as “just okay.” From as early as I can remember, I was drawn to self-reflection, transformation, and the search for deeper meaning.
When I was about six years old, I was at my grandparents’ house. The adults were in the kitchen playing cards and smoking, and my brother and I were watching TV. My grandfather asked me to grab him a pack of cigarettes from the drawer. Before I could, my mother said something so sharp and cruel that I’ve completely blocked the words, but I remember how it felt. I thought, I’ll never grow up to be like her. Ironically, with time, I came to see the good in her too, the strong and vibrant parts of her that I’m proud to have inherited.
As a child, I often saw shadow spirits. They terrified me then, but looking back, I realize they were harmless, likely my first encounters with the spirit realm. Still, I would hide under the covers whenever I sensed them, or avoid mirrors, afraid I might see something behind me. I didn’t know at the time that I was simply open, deeply tapped into unseen energy.
I also remember a night when we were camping. I woke up in the van and looked out the window to see what I can only describe as a UFO hovering over the trees, a glowing, eye-shaped light that never moved. My parents told me it was a weather balloon, but I knew better.
When I was fourteen, that age when hormones and rebellion start dancing together, my brother and I ran away to live with our dad and his new girlfriend. I thought the grass would be greener, but it wasn’t. That chapter, though difficult, led me to my first astrology book, Love Signs by Linda Goodman. It was huge, romantic, and deeply insightful, and it opened my eyes to human behavior and compassion. From then on, astrology became my lifelong tool for self-reflection and understanding others.
In high school, I found a local metaphysical shop and began exploring spirituality more seriously. I took free classes, read constantly, and one day saw a video about the Southwest. I knew instantly that I was going to live there someday. I didn’t think much more about it at the time, but the seed was planted.
At school, I threw myself into journalism. I was editor of both the newspaper and the yearbook, determined to become a journalist or screenwriter. The summer before my senior year, I turned eighteen and was sent to Stanford for a journalism camp. Our paper had been winning awards, and my teacher believed the experience would inspire me. But what it actually did was wake me up. I realized I didn’t trust the media’s control over information, and I didn’t want to be part of that system.
After high school, I worked in childcare and, by twenty, became a program director. I loved the creativity and energy of working with kids, but my spiritual calling was always there. During a lunch break one day, I found another metaphysical shop offering free healing nights. I joined their ongoing class and dove into every topic of divination and spiritual study imaginable.
One night, I shared a dream I’d had: a heavyset blonde woman telling me, “Use your healing hands.” The woman sitting across from me said, “That was me. I used to be heavy, and I’m a Reiki Master. I’d love to attune you to Usui Reiki.” She worked with me to make it affordable, and soon I was certified in Reiki levels I and II. That moment changed everything.
Our teacher introduced us to high-frequency meditation tapes that unlocked the subconscious. My psychic sensitivity grew stronger, and my awareness expanded. I didn’t understand it then, but I was ascending in vibration. I even began drawing symbols all over my walls, which I now recognize as light language. During meditation, the whole room would shake. I thought it was an earthquake, but we later realized it was energy, the physical manifestation of light activation.
Years later, in 2006, I hit another turning point. I had a great job as an assistant district supervisor, a nice home, and good pay, but I was deeply unhappy. I connected online with a woman from New York through Myspace, and we shared profound spiritual conversations. We decided to meet in Sedona, Arizona. From the moment I saw the red rocks, I felt home. A series of synchronicities unfolded, I found a job and a place to live, and by June 2006, I had moved to Queen Creek, Arizona.
In Arizona, my spiritual journey deepened. I had moved out with my partner at the time, and we lived on the fourth story of an apartment building. We moved in a day early, but maintenance was scheduled for the next day to fix a hole in the tile at the front door. We didn’t move in much that first night, just a futon in the living room. As I was sleeping, I thought morning had come because the sliding doors were glowing with light, but when I opened my eyes, I saw my friend from California, who had recently passed. She was radiant, glowing, and behind her stood a bright, luminous man I didn’t recognize. She said, “Everything is going to be okay,” and as she reached out her hands toward me, light shot out from her palms into my abdomen and up through my crown. I sat straight up, wide awake. I knew it wasn’t a dream, but I wasn’t sure what she meant.
That partnership turned out to be very unhealthy, but it taught me who I was and who I wasn’t, and it led to the foster and adoption of my daughter. Throughout the entire relationship, I carried my friend’s words in my mind. She was right. Everything was going to be okay.
After that breakup, I returned to my personal growth and began giving astrology and psychic readings at Wellspring Metaphysics in Gilbert. I later hosted a Love and Light event with spiritual partners, but life shifted again when my mother fell ill. I paused everything to care for her and to focus on my daughter, whom I had adopted from foster care. My mother passed away just before COVID hit.
The pandemic was a mass spiritual awakening for so many, and for me, it was like a second round! I revisited the teachings of Dolores Cannon, whose work in Quantum Healing Hypnosis had already inspired me years before. One day, while I was watching one of her videos, my daughter looked up from her toys and said, “Mama, she’s an angel.” I got chills. I knew I was exactly where I was meant to be.
During COVID, we went camping on the Rim. Late one night, I stepped outside and saw a glowing blue light being hovering in a circle of trees. My instinct was fear, but I felt no threat, only peace. Weeks later, I saw a tarot card illustration online that matched the vision perfectly. It all came flooding back, confirming what I already knew: reality is so much more than what we see.
Soon after, I discovered the Hawaiian healing art of Ho‘oponopono, the practice of healing others by healing our perception of them. It taught me that our outer world shifts when our inner world does. That lesson became the foundation of my work today.
Then came Ayahuasca. My first two-day retreat changed me forever. Six months later, I attended a three-night retreat, and during my final ceremony, Spirit told me, “You don’t need to keep fixing yourself. You’re not broken. It’s time to walk the shamanic path.” I resisted at first, wondering, Who am I to be a shaman? But eventually I understood. This was the next evolution of my soul.
I spent the next year integrating everything I had learned. I found my voice, launched a podcast called Deep Thynkers Society, and connected with amazing people in the spiritual community. I founded my company, Divine 24, dedicated to helping people awaken to who they truly are, limitless, multidimensional beings.
A story I once heard about a tribe in need of rain deeply resonated with me. Many shamans tried to bring the rain, but none succeeded. Then a woman shaman arrived, meditated for days, and the rain finally came. When they asked what she did, she said, “I didn’t do anything. I just changed the way I saw your tribe.” That story mirrored my own realization that we create our reality through our perception.
Now, when I give readings or healing sessions, I focus on helping others see that they are the creators of their own “You-niverse.” I studied Quantum Healing and developed my own method of channeling and energy work. I’ve learned to trust the flow, that everything meant for me arrives right on time. My daughter calls it “mom timing,” and she’s right. I live in alignment, in flow with the universe itself.
Eventually, I wrote the book I had always dreamed of, Activating Your Innate Wisdom: A Guide to Unlocking Your Inner Knowing and Creating the Life You Desire. I self-published it to help others remember their power and awaken to their own multidimensional selves.
Today, I embrace the title that once scared me, Quantum Shaman, because it describes exactly what I do. I help people tap into the multiple layers of reality, remember who they are, and reclaim their power. Divine 24 has evolved from a simple reading practice into a mission to guide others toward self-awareness, authenticity, and the joy of co-creating their own reality.
And truthfully, this is just the beginning.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The road is never smooth. We will learn nothing from an easy road. I think my main struggles were learning that who I thought I was because of how I was treated growing up with a controlling mother and very passive father isn’t who I am at all, and the process of rewiring my beliefs. I have been working through them with nuerographic art and helping others by teaching them that meditation and things like art are the perfect way for us to hear our own thoughts and turn off the voices of others.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Currently, I am using quantum energy healing mixed with quantum healing hypnosis to help my clients dig deep into their subconscious and bring their challenges to the surface so they can heal past them and learn to tap into their inner voice and cocreate reality. I am finding that the clients who are drawn to me often have energy centers activated by their higher selves and more often than not begin to deepen their spiritual awakening. I let all my clients know that the challenges that come in the weeks following my session are to help them work through their previous belief systems so that they may begin to create a life that is healthier and more in alignment with their highest good. I let them know as a healer, I just get the ball rolling, but they are the ones who actually need to do the deep inner work and the work in changing their beliefs to cocreate the reality they desire.
What matters most to you? Why?
Just being my authentic self and guiding my life from a place of love, knowing that “everything will be ok”.
