Today we’d like to introduce you to Khristy Johnson.

Hi Khristy, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
My journey started when I was around 16-17 years old modeling I felt like it let me become different people in a different world so I wanted to help people feel the same way by taking photos for them so in 2019 I became a Photographer/Videographer to capture memories for families.

Since then I have opened my own company after my daughter passed away in 2011 La’Niya Perfect Image LLC where I specialize in Photography, Videography marketing, and advertising. I have continued to model through the years, but I mainly love being on the other side of the camera, editing photos, and creating images for my customers. One day I wish to open my studio and take photos around the world. Also, I host free events a few times a year for models and photographers to come together and create magic so they can add the photos to their portfolios.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
So far, it has been a smooth road minus covid that affected my business, but some still wanted to come to the events and book shoots. The learning process is still ongoing, especially with the Videography but the Photographer was like a gift that I have and it came naturally.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I specialize in Photography and Videography but am mainly known for my photography I also do marketing and advertising to help the business grow with their customers. I am extremely proud of how far I have come in my photography and the events that I have hosted over the past couple of years with the creative side of it coming up with ideas for the events and coming out of my shell.

I stand out with my business because I think more about the memories that the customer would like me to create than the price that I would charge them and the Free events to help models and photography succeed and help them become more successful.

Risk-taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
I believe in risk-taking times those Risk lead to something amazing.

Like the meaning of risk-taking willing to take risky action in the hope of a desired result. It’s moving past the fear of failure thinking about the change in your life and others. I use to not be a risk taker but over the last year I have come out of my shell and I have taken a risk by putting my business out there I have successfully succeeded and I’m still learning.
