Today we’d like to introduce you to Danielle Peugnet.
Hi Danielle, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Absolutely. I actually got my start as an entrepreneur when I launched my own tanning company. Running that business taught me a lot about discipline, customer service, and the importance of paying attention to the little details that really set a brand apart. It also gave me a deep appreciation for what it takes to grow something from the ground up.
Over time, I realized that I wanted to apply those same skills especially my attention to detail and passion for working with people in a way that could make a long-term impact in others’ lives. That’s what led me to real estate. I fell in love with the idea of helping people not just find a home, but actually build wealth through real estate.
A lot of people are intimidated by the process of buying a home, especially if it’s their first time. I love being that steady guide breaking things down, answering questions, and helping them feel empowered instead of overwhelmed. To me, it’s about more than closing deals; it’s about helping people create security, confidence, and generational wealth.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Starting a business is never meant to be easy and honestly, that’s what makes it so fulfilling. There have definitely been challenges along the way, from navigating the ups and downs of transitioning into real estate. But I’ve learned that success in business isn’t about everything going perfectly; it’s about how you adapt.
The market is always changing, especially in real estate. That can be intimidating, but I’ve found that the key is to stay proactive shift as the market shifts, stay informed, and be willing to adjust your strategy. There’s no one right answer or one-size-fits-all approach in this industry, and that’s something I’ve come to embrace. It’s about being creative, resilient, and always willing to learn. That mindset has helped me push through challenges and continue to grow both personally and professionally.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
One of the things I’ve really come to appreciate in real estate is how much of it is about building relationships. Whether it’s with clients, other agents, or people in the community, relationships are the foundation of everything in this business.
But something I didn’t expect to love as much as I do is the marketing and branding side of it. I’ve found that I’m incredibly passionate about that piece crafting a message, showing up consistently, and using creative content to connect with people. In a world where so much of our communication happens online, your personal brand is how people get to know, like, and trust you sometimes before you even meet them.
Social media in particular has been a powerful tool. It allows me to reach people I wouldn’t normally see day to day, and stay top of mind in a way that feels genuine and engaging. Whether I’m sharing a behind-the-scenes look at a listing, market tips, or even just pieces of my daily life, it helps people feel connected. And that connection often leads to conversations, referrals, and relationships that might never have happened otherwise.
Marketing and branding aren’t just about promoting a listing they’re about promoting trust, consistency, and value. When that’s your focus, it naturally brings more people into your world.
If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
Growing up, I was always very outgoing and full of energy. I did cheer in high school, and even before that, I was always the kid who made any moment a performance literally turning coffee tables into my stage. I just loved being around people and finding ways to make them smile or feel something. Social settings came naturally to me, and I’ve always thrived on connection.
A lot of people used to say I had an old soul. Even though I was very social and fun-loving, there was this maturity in how I carried myself and how I thought about things. I started working when I was 15 and honestly never looked back. I’ve always had a strong work ethic and a drive to create something of my own.
Looking back, I think that blend of energy, ambition, and people skills really laid the foundation for the work I do now whether it was cheering on the sidelines, working my first job, or hosting my own little performances as a kid, I’ve always leaned into showing up fully and connecting with others.
