Check Out Corey Wade’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Corey Wade.

Hi Corey, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I joined the band 2 and a half years ago after seeing an ad on craigslist for an electric guitar player. 3 of the 4 current members found each other that way. Since I’ve been in the band, we’ve played over 65 shows together in the greater Phoenix area, as well as in Tucson and Flagstaff. We are super excited to be releasing our debut full-length album, In My Head, which comes out on March 13th, 2026. In addition to that, we will be going a tour of the Southwest which will inlcude stops in Provo, Las Vegas, Flagstaff, Phoenix, Tucson, and San Diego.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It can be challenging keeping a consistent rehearsal schedule between 4 busy guys, but we’ve been able to make it work and have settled into a good routine.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
Millennial Summer creates alternative rock music that is often described as intense, colorful, raw, and inspiring. We are excited for people to hear our full length album and are also looking forward to writing more and growing as a band. In many ways, it feels like we’ve only begun to tap in to our deeper creative potential as a musical project. We hope people enjoy following us along our journey.
