Today we’d like to introduce you to Bobby Bandara.

Hi Bobby, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Men’s Practice is a ministry (non-profit) centered around helping men. We are NOT affiliated with any organization and or church. This is the 16th year of this ministry where we gather every Saturday morning and help each other from a biblical perspective.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Yes, fairly smooth other than as the group grows, we will have location challenges as we currently rent a room at Chandler Gilbert Community College.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I’m a Business Development Manager in the construction industry in Phoenix, AZ…I’m a volunteer at Men’s Practice.

How do you define success?
Seeing men grow spiritually and their personal life change and become a better husband, father, employee and person.
