Today we’d like to introduce you to Alexxis Grant.

Hi Alexxis, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started my journey as a fresh high school graduate that was looking for a way to earn a living and launch a career path. This landed me a few different jobs working in digital marketing for small local businesses. These jobs allowed me to observe, learn, and be a part of the business process because small business employees tend to have a hand on many different business operations all at once. 

Working in the digital space, there is a big push for photo and video needs. This led me to working with the photographers the agencies used for their client content. I found that photography was something I was very interested in learning. 

Shortly after pursuing the hobby of photography, I found a photography mentor that led me to leave the digital marketing companies. I then began doing photography full-time instead. 

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Opening a photography and video business has not been an easy road. Working in a creative space takes patience, drive, and a true passion. Not everyone will love what you create, but focusing on a business and customer service approach tends to smooth out the journey. 

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
My team and I specialize in event-based photo and video services. We work hard to ensure the experience is as good as the photos. Not every photographer is personable and fun. That is where we make up the difference. 

There is something special about catching the in-between moments of any event. 

What’s next?
At the moment, the biggest change happened early this year. I changed the business name from Timeless Present Photography to Timeless Vision Media. With this name change, the business also added on video services, and I plan to continue to grow those services into the future.
