Meet Gamble

Today we’d like to introduce you to Gamble.

Gamble, we’d love to hear your story and how you got to where you are today both personally and as an artist.
Imagine growing up in a family of artists and being molded by the studio since an early age. That’s where my love of the game comes from. Being around music since such an early age has a way of allowing the passion for it be ingrained into you deeper than most things. I first started taking serious in highschool where I feel I honed my skill of the craft but slowly realized that as an artist in this day and age you have to own more than just talent. In today’s industry you must have an image. Without that it’s 10x harder to make any headway in this game. This is the reason I started throwing college parties. To craft and change the way people think of me while providing a good & safe time. & that’s where I’m at now with everything moving in a steady direction. You gotta learn to be a star first.

We’d love to hear more about your work and what you are currently focused on. What else should we know?
The message you should receive from my music is inspiration to not stop whatever you’re doing, wrapped up in a turnt vibe. Some songs I really speak my mind and my truth but most of the time I’m really trynna turn the party up and leave little sprinkles of knowledge. I don’t want to participate in the completely ignorant state of the culture but a little ignorance definitely never hurt anybody.

The stereotype of a starving artist scares away many potentially talented artists from pursuing art – any advice or thoughts about how to deal with the financial concerns an aspiring artist might be concerned about?
Maannnnnn this shit is really tough and it’s no way around it. My advice is that you not gonna have a career + a well-balanced life if you don’t have a bag so if you really want it like you say you do …. GO GET A BAG. I’m almost Malcom X with it. I’m close to the “By Any means necessary” mindset with the bag chase cause nobody else is gonna fund your dreams at the base stage.

Do you have any events or exhibitions coming up? Where would one go to see more of your work? How can people support you and your artwork?
All my work is on Spotify, Apple Music and various other streaming platforms. I’m barely starting to put out work that lives up to what I want it to be but I lowkey have a couple of old gems on SoundCloud still.
