Today we’d like to introduce you to Freddie Lash.

Freddie, we’d love to hear your story and how you got to where you are today both personally and as an artist.
I guess I’ve always had an interest in photography but combining that with traveling has become my biggest passion. The thing that set it off was around 2014. I had just gotten out of a relationship and I found myself very stagnant. I needed a change. So one day I just decided to up and leave to New Zealand. I lived there for about a year and some change. It was the best experience I’ve ever had and it was just what I needed. Soon after that I went directly to Australia and traveled the entire east coast in a van! From Cairns all the way down to Adelaide. And on May 22nd I’m moving to Germany for a year to become bilingual and travel some more!

We’d love to hear more about your art. What do you do you do and why and what do you hope others will take away from your work?
So I like to take pictures of my travels and mostly my adventures. But if I’m not traveling then I’ll do a lot of freelance modeling. I guess the reason why I make the art that I do is for myself. If people wanna come a long for the ride then by all means come with me. I’m mostly inspired off of life; probably my biggest inspiration. I like to be able to look back upon my experiences and see how far I’ve come and the impact I’m able to have on people’s lives as I go. I hope when people see my pictures that they become inspired to go out and see the world or just become happy because I’m always smiling in my pictures!

What do you know now that you wished you had learned earlier?
Oh wow. To be honest I’m still trying to figure it out hahaha. I will say this though: love what you do, stay on your course, and don’t get discourage. Also: YOUR AMOINT OF FOLLOWERS IS NOT EQUAL YOIR AMOUNT OF SUCCESS.
