An Inspired Chat with Howard Falco

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Howard Falco. Check out our conversation below.

Hi Howard, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: What do you think others are secretly struggling with—but never say?
In my experience working with hundreds of individuals over twenty years one of the major things people internally struggle with is self-worth. Many often feel unworthy or incapable of what they truly want to experience. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I am a spiritual teach and mental strength coach who specializes in the power of the mind. I’ve successfully helped hundreds and potentially thousands of people learn the path to achieving a more empowered state of mind including athletes and coaches at the highest level in the world.

I have written and had 3 books published on this sacred inner power. The books are I AM: The Power of Discovering Who You Really Are, Time in a Bottle: Mastering the Experience of Life, and my most recent release, INVINCIBLE: The Mindset of Infinite Potential and the Secret to Inevitable Success.

What makes my work unique is the depth of the teaching of how reality works WITH YOU on a daily basis. In the work I go to detailed lengths to explain and pass on this wisdom and knowledge to the reader.

The work I do is the result of a massive shift in consciousness and mind the happened to me over twenty years ago. This insight gave me a clear understanding of how life works for each one of us from the inside out. I’ve Beene sharing this knowledge and helping propel ever since that moment.

Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
A moment that shaped how I see the world was when I realized that it is our perception that determines our state of mind and our choices and reactions to life. When we find out how to control how we perceive the world, we gain control over our experience of our world.

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
I would tell my younger self to trust that life knows what you want and will continue to nudge you to the right conditions that will ultimately manifest your intentions. In other words dream big, move boldly forward, respect divine timing, and don’t worry!

Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? Where are smart people getting it totally wrong today?
That the answers to life are found on the outside and data driven rather than on the inside through self-inquiry. That life and happiness is about wealth accumulation and material possessions rather than about mindset, connection with others, and love and compassion towards life. That there is a beginning to life or the universe rather the embracing the undeniable truth that life is infinite and eternal. That speed is better than mindfulness and presence when it comes to creating a vision or idea.

Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. When do you feel most at peace?
When I am helping to enlighten another to experience more self-love and see more connection, possibility and worth in themselves, others, and in life itself.
