An Inspired Chat with Frank Smith of North Phoenix

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Frank Smith. Check out our conversation below.

Hi Frank, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: Are you walking a path—or wandering?
I am wandering down a path. Of course what I mean by this is, I set an intention.
The intention is the path. Then life happens. Sometimes I find a quicker way to get where I’m going OR sometimes I see something that I find far more interesting and then I set a new intention.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I have an eclectic soul.

I have been a professional musician since my first gig which was when I was in 8th grade. I play 4 different instruments.

I am a commercial and instrument rated pilot.

I taught music at A.S.U. for 10 years.

I have been interested in metaphysics since I was in 8th grade. I have led over 20 seminars teaching the Law of Attraction and most recently how to quantum jump!

I have been the music director for a Science of Mind church for 35 years!

I earned a master practitioner license in N.L.P. Along with that I became a certified hypnotherapist.

I have an arranged music for Las Vegas shows and one marching band arrangement for the Fiesta Bowl. My degree is in music theory.

Okay, so here’s a deep one: What was your earliest memory of feeling powerful?
When I was in 8th grade I had a realization that has never left me. I came from a Christian background. But I had an epiphany about the nature of “God.” It came quite suddenly. I came to know that, the energy we call “God” would not allow us to have visions, dreams, goals that we could not achieve. I mean it would be a very cruel god that would let you imagine something that would be held back from you.

This realization led me to a pursuit of the mechanics of manifestation. I have learned much about attracting good into my life (the Law of Attraction) and I am passionate about teaching this . . .

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
Follow your intuition. You are more powerful than you can imagine! I will be here to meet you . . .

Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. Whom do you admire for their character, not their power?
There are many. Nelson Mandela, Dr. Martin Luther King, Maya Angelou, Ghandi, Jimmy Carter and the list goes on.

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. When do you feel most at peace?
When my wife and I are vacationing in Oak Creek Canyon. Sitting watching the creek go by. Reading some good books. Listening to some beautiful music.
