Good morning Chanece , it’s such a great way to kick off the day – I think our readers will love hearing your stories, experiences and about how you think about life and work. Let’s jump right in? What makes you lose track of time—and find yourself again?
Creating and a great audible. I can completely lose track of time.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi, I’m Chanece Rucker a mother, creative artist and a private caregiver. I am a women that wears many hats and caps. I can do just about anything and if I can’t I’ll go learn how to do it give me a week lol. Being a mother of an autistic son has challenged me but most of all taught me that being different is aok.

Okay, so here’s a deep one: What part of you has served its purpose and must now be released?
People pleasing!! Lord I’ve had my downs with people pleasing and have learned it will only get me hurt at the end.

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Absolutely I think we all have those moments when it seems too hard and there’s no clear path. I had to put confidence into myself to know I can definitely handle any situation.

Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. Whom do you admire for their character, not their power?
I admire my son. He is 8 and autistic he doesn’t let that stop him from being his bubbly self. He isn’t afraid of what people say about him and how he communicates. He had a heart of gold and loves everyone as they are.

Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
She’s loved freely, she cared for all. She spreads positive light to all, she nurtured herself like a mom would a sick child. Her laugh will make you laugh ,her smile and the sun are related. She danced with the moon, sunflowers in her heart and joy in her pockets. She is love and love is her.
