Hi Long, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I have been living in the U.S. for more than 17 years.
When I first arrived, I had little money, no established career, limited English, and very little knowledge of the U.S. home-buying process.
After earning my master’s degree in engineering, I built my career and purchased my first home, creating a foundation for my family’s stability and long-term wealth.
Today, I use that experience to help immigrants and first-time buyers prepare, understand the process, and take their first step toward homeownership.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Learning is my most challenge when I came to the US. I took me 6 years to graduate from engineering school because I needed time to learn English and be able to speak with everyone. Then it came to career choice, working in medical engineer for 5 years, and found out it was not a good fit for me, I chose to find a new path. I became passionate about helping US Immigrant first time buyer to understand the important of buying a house and build wealth in the US.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Magical Success Realty?
I’ve developed a proven process that not only helped me buy my own home, but is the same step-by-step method I’ve used to guide other first-time and immigrant buyers to success.
Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
The first house I bought was a luck for my family, I bought the house without thinking or any knowledge of using it as tool to build wealth. I didn’t have any of that information back then. But then when 2021, during the pandemic, that home value goes double, I was able to use the equity of that house to buy not only 1 house but actually 3 more houses. 1 new house to live in Chandler, 1 investment home which I sold for $100,000 in profit and buy 2 other houses to be used as rental property. Had I not purchase my first house I didn’t have that luck.
