Today we’d like to introduce you to Matt Silverman
Hi Matt, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Of course! I’m a true Arizonian – born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona and attended the University of Arizona for my degree in communication and sports management. Throughout my time at the University of Arizona, I was working for a baseball agency and in early 2020, I co-founded a sports marketing agency that primarily focused on community engagement, endorsements and ultimately, created opportunities for professional athletes to venture into other passions of theirs once their careers come to an end.
After coming from an eight-year career in the sports and entertainment industry and constantly having the entrepreneurial mindset, I’ve speculated first-hand that creating authentic relationships and building a solid networking foundation are the keys to success in business and overall, life itself. My passion for the real estate industry is equal to providing my clients with my undivided attention from beginning-to-end.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Making the transition from one industry to another will never be obstacle-free. With that being said, it feels like it has as smooth of a transition as possible. I credit that 100% to my brokerage, LAUNCH Powered by Compass, and my teammates at The Kallay Group. Everyone has welcomed me with open arms, jumps to help whenever needed and truly has that family-oriented feel as a company.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
What sets me apart from others is that I listen to my clients because I truly care about their wants and needs; not solely to give a response. There is no feeling like helping individuals find their new homes that exceeds every single requirement. My sole focus at the moment is continuing to help others find their forever homes!
