Meet Michelle Faust of Scottsdale

Today we’d like to introduce you to Michelle Faust.

Hi Michelle, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I am the founder of Lemonade legend, a company offering both print and media exposure through an anthology series, digital magazine, a publishing house, podcast and virtual stages, and two upcoming TV shows. My ideal client is women (and a few brave men) who have lemonade stories to share and need a platform that shines the spotlight on them. The inception of The Lemonade Stand started with my own self-realization that I had a story myself of learning how to acquire a fearless attitude due to having a severe hearing loss which had impacted my own self-worth and created limiting beliefs.

My story is full of vulnerability, courage, and learning how to cope in a world which values perfection over authenticity, by developing my alternative strengths. After 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, I elected to leap into the entrepreneurial world and follow my heart, which ultimately led to the creation of Lemonade Legend. My book anthology, The Lemonade Stand, is my passion project that not only provides a powerful resource for women struggling with their own lemonade challenges but is also emerging into a community of like-minded women who want to share, support, and lift up their sisters.

I envision being the industry leader in storytelling for growth and impact. A company that gives rise to the voice of those who are silenced, discredited, or unsure of the influence and transformation their personal story can deliver. For the entrepreneur, who wants to leverage the new paradigm of storytelling marketing, our endeavor is to optimize the scope of your brand and unveil you as the authority in your space so you can dominate your industry. We strive to impact our culture long term, by giving people a viable pathway to a life of authenticity, integrity, truth, and honor.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Does any entrepreneur truly ever have a smooth road? We have globally been impacted by Covid-19 on many different levels. It has tasked us to be more creative and think out of the box. We have seen a real learning curve for businesses to accept a new paradigm, where the tried and true rules of success no longer apply. The pandemic has not been an easy time but there has been a positive influence as well. During the initial quarantine, I focused my time and effectiveness of working at home. I learned to leverage the internet with virtual events and Zoom meetings.

My most significant obstacle unique to my business is illustrating the benefits and empowering effects of writing and sharing your story. Most people don’t see it as a need until they have been through it. Then they get it. They experience personal growth and healing. They learn how to turn that story into storytelling marketing and attracting the right market. It also places individuals in an influential space to be an authority in their field and inspire others to excel and overcome their own struggles.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I specialize in assisting people to connect with their stories and then crafting it into a unique take on their experiences that reflect on the author’s strengths, courage, and purpose. What sets me apart is the variety of platforms in which people can share their stories. They can choose “ala carte” or if they are ready to take the leap and write a book, our publishing packages include all of the platforms under Lemonade Legend.

The Lemonade Stand Series is a true-story anthology, a legacy we are proud to carry forward, each with its own unique twist. It’s about storytelling, each book containing pages of powerful stories for people to share. Everyone deserves to have a voice heard without judgment. I hope that readers of The Lemonade Stand Series will join us in our mission to help people worldwide find freedom from fear, constraints, damaging relationships, and outdated opinions. Through this freedom, we find peace, love, acceptance, and success.

Daring Leaders digital magazine is our newest platform that we have added to Lemonade Legend’s mission to create the largest storytelling distribution network in the world. Stories naturally bring people together and our purpose is to create multiple platforms from which to share powerful stories of authenticity, to unite, inspire and educate people on a global level. Daring Leaders was created to spotlight business leaders and entrepreneurs in an exclusive space to leverage the new paradigm of storytelling marketing; our endeavor is to optimize the scope of your brand and unveil you as the authority in your space so you can dominate your industry.

From sour to sweet; where the cool people meet. Lemonade Life Podcast is where we shine the spotlight on individuals overcoming obstacles and turning their lemons into lemonade. Specializing in connecting people with their stories and their stories with the world. Courageous leaders inspiring others through their authenticity and raw truths.

Legendary Leaders and Daring Leaders TV shows on Zondra TV Network is about literary trailblazers and trendsetter; and leaders making a difference respectively.

You are a legend of your own story. Put it out there in a big and bold way. There are so many reasons to write your story, for both personal and professional reasons. It energizes your mind and gives clarity. It gives lightness to your soul. It puts you in an influential position to help others to heal and squash their demons. You can raise up your brothers and sisters and help them to the other side of struggle. Write it, understand it, know in your heart what you learned from it, and it will help you define your purpose. This builds confidence, and confidence is a leading trait of leaders. If you are a leader you are an influencer. Leave your imprint on the world.

What were you like growing up?
I was the youngest of four girls. I was definitely the baby of the family. From birth, I have had a severe hearing loss which certainly impacted my life growing up and as an adult as well. I was curious, an avid reader, and mostly self-taught on many things in life. Neither my parents or my teachers were well versed at the kind of disability I have. That is why I learned to teach myself about what I needed to learn. As a result, I am very independent, self motivated, and creative when it comes to communication skills.
