Today we’d like to introduce you to Jorge Diaz Soto.
Hi Jorge, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
LemonDesign25 Started as a hobby, to help me cope with anxiety and depression during the first months of 2020, I have always liked to do arts and crafts, and as a graphic designer, I decided I wanted to do something with my knowledge.
Something that could help other people identify and show their own style in different ways, in their daily lives, I was lucky enough to cross paths with other Latino owned businesses who loved my product and needed help creating a face for their business, while all this was really fun I knew I wanted to do more and leave a mark.
So I started working with other businesses to raise money for different nonprofits and help people in need, as well as promote the Latino community and show how big we are and how big we can get if we support each other. LemonDesign25 is all about showing love, acceptance, and solidarity.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
My whole journey hasn’t been easy, I had to learn everything from permits, bookkeeping, and so many other things that nobody tells you, there is not a manual online to guide you, step by step, and if you are barely starting you can’t really afford to pay someone to teach you everything about owning a business.
But with a little bit of patience and will you can learn from your mistakes, and then help others by teaching them or guiding them through the process.
Another of my biggest challenges was feeling like me and my business did not belong in some places, and I learned that it’s ok, there is all kind of communities out there, and more often than you imagine I hear the word no, but that doesn’t mean that I’m giving up.

LemonDesign25 is an all-inclusive business, we create and design graphics and products for everyone.
We are known for our creative logos, t-shirt collections, and tumblers, that can always be personalized to fit the style and personality of a business or individual. The thing that set us apart from other businesses is the solidarity and will to help and accommodate requests for our clients,
LemonDesign25 is a Latino owned business that started as a hobby and is growing quickly, we offer, computerized embroidery, laser engraving, and garment personalization along with other services, we can help you build an image and style for your new or not so new business so you can keep up with the trends.
Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
My advice is if you are starting a new business or thinking about starting a new business is going for it, it will not be easy, but you can count on us to help you and guide you along the way.
Something I wish I knew when I was starting is how to do my business taxes, believe it or not, it is so stressful not knowing what to keep track of, how to record your expenses, income, and all of that.
