Today we’d like to introduce you to Emilio Minto.
Emilio, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Being a professional modern dancer in AZ did not make ends meet, so I got into bartending and exotic dancing in gay bars to make extra money. Getting into the exotic dance industry in bars I saw there was a need for direction/organization. The bars were invested, logically, managing their business, but there was no clear entity that selectively hired, trained and managed the dancers to be professionals.
Furthermore, I noticed all the dancers were young. I felt that limited the potential to bring patrons into the clubs. I felt that although men in their 20’s brought in a large crowd on their own, it only pertained to one demographic and the potential for making maximum profits at these bars was limited.
My vision became clear. Bring the community the sexiest, most personable men of all ages and types. I decided to protect my investments by forming an L.L.C: WMW was born.
The bar where I got my start in the industry now known as “Anvil Bar” had asked if we, the bartenders, could come up with ideas to make our nights more profitable. That was my opportunity to test my theory. If I bring one night that is different from all the other nights in all the bars I will pack the house. The “Dirty Daddies” comprised of men in their 30’s, 40’s and 50’s was born and it was a huge success.
Soon after, other bars latched on to my vision and the rest is history.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I can’t express enough how grateful I am for the work and the team I have now, but there were definite times of trial throughout our journey. For one, it was blindly going in and working with bars that ended up very disrespectful, only wanted their way and clearly didn’t see eye to eye with me and my vision. On the other hand, from an inside perspective, I cannot count the endless amount of men I had to filter to get to the team of quality individuals I have today.

Wild Men of the West Productions entails excellence in entertainment in the male exotic dance industry. We provide reliable, affordable packages for both commercial and private sectors including Modeling, GoGo, Stripping, Pole Dancing and Production Numbers. The company in itself is special, not only for the professionalism it stands for, but for the variety of kind, lovable, approachable dancers it provides which includes, but is not limited to Daddies, Bears, Studs, and Lads.
What are you most proud of as a company?
The thing that I am most proud of is the quality of talent I have been able to find and develop.
What sets you apart from others?
It’s not just about having a highly desirable esthetic (although that is a big part). We are super approachable, reliable, genuinely sweet, touchable and above all we can dance!!!
What is the proudest moment of your career so far?
Outside of being a prominent exotic male dance company in PHX a notable portion of the industry, I would also have to say the endless amount of positive feedback we get from followers near and far!

- Pricing varies for group bookings, weekly shows or choreographed numbers. For the general public, however, to book a dancer privately the costs are as follows: $80 booking fee, $100 x dancer 1st hour, $50 each additional hour x dancer.
