Hi Latasha, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Like a lot of people, my spiritual journey really began after a major life change. I moved away from my hometown and, even though it was a fresh start, I felt like something was missing.
That feeling led me inward. I started doing deep healing work and found myself naturally drawn to learning how to read energy. As I continued healing, I noticed a shift, not just within myself, but in how others responded to me. People were drawn to my energy and would often tell me I seemed lighter, happier, and more at peace. And honestly, I was.
As I began sharing my healing journey, I talked openly about the inner work I was doing and how releasing old wounds helped me fall back in love with life. A few months later, people started telling me that my story had inspired them to begin their own healing journeys.
In March 2022, I became an internationally certified self-love and spiritual coach. From there, I started offering personal readings and launched my YouTube channel as a way to support and guide the collective on their own paths to healing and self-discovery.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Looking in the mirror is never easy, especially when you have to take accountability for your own actions. Healing forced me to be honest with myself and look at the ways years of unhealed wounds had shaped how I showed up in my life.
In the middle of that healing journey, I lost my father to COVID. So, on top of doing the inner work, I was also navigating deep grief. 2022 became one of the hardest years of my life.
Looking back now in 2026, I can honestly say every struggle and hardship was worth it. Even though I lost my job, my apartment, and my vehicle, I gained something far more valuable, I came into alignment with the person I was always meant to be. Everything I lost made space for the life I’m living today.
We’ve been impressed with A Spiritual Key Essential , but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business is centered around helping people reconnect with themselves. Through intuitive readings, spiritual coaching, and the content I share on my social media platforms, my goal is to help people heal, trust their intuition, and remember who they are beneath the conditioning, fear, and past wounds.
One thing that sets me apart is that I don’t believe healing is about becoming someone new, it’s about coming home to yourself. Everything I teach comes from my own lived experience. I’ve walked through grief, loss, and major life changes, so I understand what it feels like to rebuild your life from the inside out.
I’m probably best known for my intuitive readings and my ability to help people see things from a higher perspective while still keeping the conversation grounded and compassionate. My clients often tell me they leave feeling seen, validated, and empowered to move forward with more clarity and confidence.
What I’m most proud of is the community that’s grown around my work. My brand has never been about creating dependence on me, it’s about helping people trust themselves. Whether someone books a reading, works with me one-on-one, buys my spiritual baths or home cleansing kits, or finds me on social media, I want them to walk away feeling more connected to their own inner wisdom.
At the heart of everything I do is the belief that healing yourself creates a ripple effect. When one person chooses to heal, it impacts their relationships, their family, and even future generations. If there’s one thing I want readers to know, it’s that no matter where you are in your journey, it’s never too late to choose yourself and create a life that feels aligned with who you truly are.
Risk taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
I’ve learned that taking risks is often about choosing yourself, even when other people may not understand your vision. Stepping into this path was a major risk for me because it meant doing something that wasn’t considered traditional. There was a risk of judgment, criticism, and people making assumptions about me or my work because they didn’t understand it.
I believe people often judge what they don’t understand, and choosing to follow my intuition required me to be comfortable with not everyone seeing or supporting my journey. I went from having a successful vegan meal prep and catering business to becoming a self-love and spiritual advisor, which was a huge shift not only professionally but personally.
The biggest risk was trusting myself enough to walk away from what was familiar and follow what I felt called to do. It required me to release the need for outside validation and have faith in my own path. I knew that if I stayed where I was comfortable, I wouldn’t be honoring the growth and transformation I was experiencing within myself.
Looking back, that risk became one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. It allowed me to create a business that is aligned with who I truly am and gave me the opportunity to help others through their own healing journeys. I’ve learned that some of the biggest risks we take are the ones that lead us back to ourselves.
