We recently had the chance to connect with Erica Diloreto and have shared our conversation below.
Erica, we’re thrilled to have you with us today. Before we jump into your intro and the heart of the interview, let’s start with a bit of an ice breaker: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
I usually like to start out my mornings with some fresh pressed green juice, a small breakfast then for energy, Then I head to my workout. When I get back home I make a protein shake and shower before opening up the studio for my clients.
I always start my mornings focused on myself because if I’m not ready / feeling good then my day will be totally off!
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hey! I’m Erica Diloreto, born and raised right here in Arizona. Beauty has been my thing for as long as I can remember — I actually went to cosmetology school while I was still in high school, and I’ve been a licensed professional since 2008.
Over the years, I’ve continued to grow, learn, and perfect my craft. I’m proud to be a
Lashbox LA Ambassador, and I’ve taken multiple advanced trainings and continued education courses with their team (they truly set the standard in our industry).
In my studio, I offer natural lip blushing, permanent makeup, lash extensions, lash lifts and tints, and brow lamination — all with a focus on enhancing your natural beauty and making you feel confident in your own skin.
I’m all about creating a comfortable, welcoming vibe where every appointment feels personal and fun — not just another service.
Okay, so here’s a deep one: What was your earliest memory of feeling powerful?
My earliest memory of feeling powerful is probably when I graduated cosmetology school, because I knew with that license, I could take it in so many different directions and be successful!
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Oh yeah, plenty of times, but I just always remember why I started and I try to focus on how far I’ve come and realize that that at this moment, I am in a moment that I once prayed for and then I shift my perspective
I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. Is the public version of you the real you?
Yeah, I’m always my true and authentic self. May not be everybody’s cup of tea sometimes but that’s just life!
Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. If you retired tomorrow, what would your customers miss most?
Me and our silly conversations / therapy sessions 😉
