Hidden Gems: Meet Jeremie Watson of The Watson Agency

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jeremie Watson.

Hi Jeremie, thanks for sharing your story with us. Let’s start at the beginning. How did The Watson Agency come to life?
The Watson Agency was born from both passion and frustration. I started my career helping businesses grow, but I kept noticing a painful pattern: most companies were strong in their craft but weak in their communication. They had great products, services, and missions, but no system to tell their story, build trust, or scale sustainably.

That’s where the idea for The Watson Agency came from: an innovation-first, integrated marketing agency built to bridge that gap. We don’t just run ads. We build brands that scale.

Before we dive deeper, tell us a little bit about your background.

I’ve always been competitive and driven. I was an athlete in high school and earned a football scholarship to Minnesota State University, where I planned to become an attorney. My family had encouraged that path since I was young.

Then a course on human behavior caught me off guard. I found myself far more interested in why people trust, buy, and believe than in any legal argument. That curiosity was strong enough to change my major, and it eventually changed the entire shape of my career.

Now I use that same understanding of human behavior to help brands communicate, connect, and convert more effectively. Whether you’re in a courtroom or a boardroom, influence is everything.

Can you share a defining moment in your journey?
One of the biggest turning points came during college. My real business education started outside of the college classrooms. Out of a dorm room, my brother and I launched a music publishing business and label, and with a couple of friends a/collaborators, pulled off a Soulja Boy show in Minnesota that packed the venue out a venue of over 3000 people.

That single win snowballed into some of the biggest promotions in the state. We were writing contracts, hiring security, coordinating performances, negotiating with venues, managing artists, and selling tickets late into the night, then showing up for football practice a few hours later. It taught me more about leadership under pressure than anything I could have learned in a classroom. That’s where I really learned audience psychology: out in the field, not in a textbook.

Those early experiences gave me a front-row seat to promotion, storytelling, and audience psychology, the same principles that drive every campaign we run at The Watson Agency today.

Later in my career, I worked with a small business and took a list of dead and inactive email contacts that everyone else had written off and launched a campaign that produced more than $350,000 in new revenue in 30 days and generated over $2 million in a few short months.

That moment proved that with the right message, system, and strategy, no opportunity is ever truly dead.

Tell us about what you do and what makes your agency different.

We help businesses grow to six and seven figures by blending branding, automation, and high-performance marketing systems. Everything runs through our signature C.L.A.S.S. Framework: Attract Traffic, Capture Leads, Nurture Relationships, Convert to Cash, Deliver and Delight, Upsell and Cross-Sell, and Referrals and Testimonials. It’s a seven-step system built to make a brand the obvious choice to its ideal customer.

What separates us is how integrated we are. Most agencies focus on one piece of the puzzle: ads, design, or social media. They stop after generating some traffic and a few leads, then hand the rest back to the business. We run the entire system, connecting every stage into one growth engine instead of a set of disconnected campaigns. That means brand authority and positioning, lead generation and paid traffic, CRM automation and sales systems, offer creation and funnel strategy, and reputation management, all working together instead of living in separate silos.

When you integrate strategy and technology end to end, growth stops being lucky and starts being predictable.

But the “why” behind The Watson Agency has always been simple: help people who deserve to win actually win. We exist to amplify the voices of entrepreneurs and creators who are changing lives through their businesses. We’re not just building funnels and campaigns. We’re building freedom, legacy, and impact for the people behind the brand.

What were some challenges you faced building your business?
Like most founders, I faced everything from time constraints to resource challenges. I remembered time very early on, reinvesting everything I had into the business. There were more nights than I can remember when the guys were eating ramen, dollar menus, and splitting hot and readys. Regarding the agency, I bootstrapped my business from 0. As we’ve grown, instead of building a massive team, I focused on hiring the right people and creating automated workflows and frameworks that replicated success.

Those same systems are what we now use to help other businesses scale, from real estate investors, financial service firms, and medical practices to coaches, treatment centers, tech startups, and record labels. A strong system doesn’t just create growth. It creates freedom.

Who have you worked with and what impact have you seen?
We’ve been fortunate to partner with incredible leaders and visionaries across multiple industries, including Pace Morby and the Subto Community, Jamil Damji and the Astro Flipping Community, Jack McColl of Credit Stacking, Willie Taylor of Day26, Chris Jefferson on the Charged Up University relaunch, Dedric and Krystal Polite of 50/50 fli, Don Benjamin of America’s Next Top Model, and Michael J. Lopez, along with dozens of other real estate investors, financial service firms, medical practices, coaches, treatment centers, tech startups, and record labels.

Beyond brand building, my live event background includes promotions for artists like Travis Scott, Post Malone, and 21 Savage, working alongside partners including SBE, Made Group, and BNG on over 200 successful events. I was even featured in multiple Disney projects along the way.

Each experience taught me the same lesson: whether you’re promoting an artist or scaling a business, success comes down to timing, storytelling, and execution. Success multiplies when vision meets execution. Our goal isn’t just to create marketing. It’s to create movement.

What drives you today?
Impact. When good people and good ideas get the right visibility, the world shifts for the better.

Every day, I wake up knowing the systems we build help someone reach more clients, change more lives, or unlock financial freedom. That’s the legacy I’m building: helping others build theirs.

If you could share one piece of advice with new entrepreneurs, what would it be?
Don’t chase trends. Build systems.

Trends fade, and algorithms change, but systems compound. When you focus on repeatable structures instead of quick wins, your business becomes unstoppable. Above all, stay humble and stay hungry.

I’ve also built a community called Influencers of Impact: a space for entrepreneurs, executives, influencers, and athletes to collaborate, network, and grow together with lifetime access. Inside, we provide the systems, frameworks, training, and network that empower members to scale, because community and execution are the two greatest multipliers of success.

For founders who want to start building the system themselves, I also put together The C.L.A.S.S. Framework: A 7-Step System for Marketing and Personal Brand Growth, available now on Kindle. And for those who want to level up their digital infrastructure, my complete recommended tech stack is free at JeremieWatson.com using code VOYAGE.

At the end of the day, this isn’t just about marketing. It’s about impact: helping entrepreneurs turn vision into velocity, and connection into lasting impact.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Everything I’ve done in business has been bootstrapped. In the early years, a friend who worked as an A&R at Atlantic Records told my friend and I that if we wanted a real shot at breaking into the industry, LA was where we needed to be. So we went, business partners and friend group in tow.

Those years weren’t easy. I spent that stretch figuring out the right business model, generating income, and balancing family with ambition all at once. Looking back, a lot of lessons came out of that stretch, and they’re part of what built who I am today.

As you know, we’re big fans of The Watson Agency. For our readers who might not be as familiar, what can you tell them about the brand?
The Watson Agency is an innovation-first, integrated marketing and brand growth agency that helps mission-driven businesses scale to six and seven figures through the C.L.A.S.S. Framework: Attract, Capture, Nurture, Convert, Deliver and Delight, Upsell and Cross-Sell, and Referrals and Testimonials.

Our mission is to help mission-driven entrepreneurs, experts, and organizations build trust, generate consistent qualified leads, and create automated ecosystems that drive revenue growth and reputation authority.

We don’t just run ads. We build brands that last.
