Today we’d like to introduce you to Sandra Soliman.
Hi Sandra, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I have always had a love for the aesthetics industry, but I felt called to care for patients as a nurse. I never thought I’d be able to bridge the two passions so successfully. Although, I didn’t do it alone. In 2015, I had a friend reach out to me and ask if I wanted to interview for a position— to say I was excited is an understatement! Unfortunately, that didn’t work out, but I didn’t give up in my pursuit to leave the bedside for the medspa.
Like any good storyline, my pursuit was just long enough to prove I wanted it. Eventually, I was hired on by a wonderful company that trained me on everything I needed to be a successful nurse injector. When I took the position, I began to see how many women in aesthetics had their own businesses and it made me think: “I want that!”. In 2022 I took the leap and Beautifiller Skin was born. Today, my business is thriving and I’m now the one hiring aspiring professionals in the industry!
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I wish I could say this journey has always been easy, but I’d be minimizing my experiences if I did. Nursing and entrepreneurship have a lot in common but are also completely different worlds.
Starting my own business without any formal business training meant I needed to use all my skills to research where I could— the nursing degree came in handy there! But the majority of my learning came from making mistakes and learning from them. I’m still learning every day and I am so much more resilient than before I set out on this journey!

Beautifiller Skin is a medical spa for all of your skincare and aesthetic needs. We offer a variety of services from Botox, Filler, Sculptra, EZGel to facials and RF microneedling. I would like to say I am known for giving you a better version of yourself and keeping it as natural as possible.
I am proud to say that I run my establishment with honesty and integrity. I will always treat my clients like they’re my family. Without my clients, I wouldn’t be able to do what I do to improve individuals’ confidence and self-love.
When you come to Beautifiller Skin I want you to leave happy, excited, and able to share your experience with your friends and family. Because of this, the majority of my clients are referrals from previous clients that have been so satisfied they shared my business with their loved ones.
Any big plans?
Nurses are great because we’re able to multitask and have our focus split between multiple issues.
My body is out of acute care nursing, but my brain is still always assessing and planning. My future plans include growing my business by expanding my team and the services I offer clients, continuing my own education, and doing more things that are outside my comfort zone to inspire others like me!
