Today we’d like to introduce you to Farrah LaRaé Wynn.
Hi Farrah, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My name is Farrah LaRaé Wynn, I am a serial entrepreneur, publicist, business coach, media maven, and published author. I grew up around creative entrepreneurs my whole life being around my parents and their friends.
They’ve worked across a wide variety of industries including music, television, film, non-profits, ministries, and more. Naturally, I became multi-faceted after watching how diverse my parents were. I think that subliminal message taught me not to limit myself and be open to exploring new ideas and industries.
As I worked behind the scenes in the different companies that my parent own, I noticed how passionate I was about helping new business owners refine their image and tailor their brand’s experience. Being a small business, customers are more likely to have a more intimate buying experience.
I started coaching brand owners one-on-one to help them develop quality experiences and noticed how essential this was. As a result, I developed The Elite Society to offer my services on a wider scale. I’ve seen such a positive outcome with the brands I’ve worked with and wanted to expand my reach and provide more information to small business owners.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Since the official launch of The Elite Society is in Spring 2022, we have been in the development stage.
This means that we’ve been testing theories, hosting practice events, and coaching women in business in one-on-one settings. This has allowed us the opportunity to work out the kinks and fine-tune our business model which will hopefully be beneficial in the long run.

The Elite Society is a community for women in business to learn, grow and glow! We offer useful tools and facilitate immersive experiences for women in business to thrive.
Starting a new brand or business is exciting to think about. Many people spend their entire lives waiting for the perfect moment to dive face-first into building their dreams from the ground up. I grew up dreaming about the opportunity to start my business and change the world. I wanted to be in countless industries including fashion, marketing, advertising, music, public relations, personal development, and much more.
I began sharing my ideas with people who couldn’t see my vision the way I did, especially as a young dreamer. It discouraged me and caused me to shy away from pursuing these things.
As I got older, these ideas started coming back to me and I realized that I couldn’t escape what I felt called to do, instead, I had to surround myself with people who were on the same path, wanted to be, or had already been where I wanted to go.
Having this in mind, I quickly began doing research to find people who were like me or inspired me to grow. I began reading books, and blogs, watching movies, attending events, and rubbing my shoulders with the right people. This made me feel alive! Seeing how this made me feel inspired me to start The Elite Society.
I want other dreamers to experience what I experienced being around people who make you feel alive! This is the place for you to connect, grow and learn in ways that build you up.
In this community, members have access to resources that are carefully created and curated for their success, develop life-long relationships with others who support their growth, have a safe space to brainstorm and feed their creativity and gain access to exclusive events and opportunities that will benefit their business in the long run.
What matters most to you? Why?
The thing that matters most to me as a business coach is ensuring that my client is satisfied with their experience.
I am a firm believer that we stick around the people and things we love so it’s important to me that our clients are satisfied with their experience and grow with us for years to come.
