Today we’d like to introduce you to Christine Labelle.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
As an (almost) Phoenix native, my parents moved me to Scottsdale when I was ten years old. Phoenix was a cowboy town then, in great contrast to what we have become today. As a seventeen years licensed Arizona agent, I have watched our town “grow up” into a major metropolitan area, pulling in buyers from every region of the United States. I love helping my clients buy and sell and help with the transitions in their lives. I have twin 18 years old girls, and my husband is a Music Producer and owner of a Recording Studio in town, so we keep very busy and enjoy a fulfilling lifestyle. I decided to create a Team when my workload could no longer sustain me doing everything on my own. Since that time, we have grown exponentially, and I have created a Team that really holds my client’s hands and makes the Transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible. I love my Team!
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
Since I have been licensed and active over 17 years, I experienced the 2007 economic downturn and Market “crash” firsthand. It was devastating watching my clients have to navigate that market. Balancing work and life/family can be challenging in this Field. I am lucky to have had a supportive family to help with the odd hours. It’s important to understand that Real Estate is NOT a 9-5 job. You must be available to support your clients at all hours. That’s just the nature of the job. Deciding to create a Team was necessary but difficult. Finding agents and admin who understand and respect your work ethic, culture and vibe can be challenging! But I will present my clients with nothing but the best.
What matters most to you? Why?
Client-centered, one on one, honest relationships with my Customers. Constantly growing as Individual Realtors and as a team by education goals and opportunities, community involvement, networking, and creating new systems and platforms that improve the experience for our clients.
