How to beat bloating 🐡 If you follow my personal page @lizmcelaney you know I had a fun filled weekend of subpar pizza 😂 ice cream, Thai food, and tequila 🍹 to celebrate @nerdgirlgainz birthday. I don’t feel a lick of guilt over that, but especially since I typically avoid dairy and alcohol, I didn’t sail out of the weekend bloat free. So what’s a girl to do? 💧Drink plenty of water (I aim for a gallon each day). I KNOW when you’re bloated it’s sometimes uncomfortable to drink more but you need to flush it out. 🍽Go back to normal diet habits (for me that’s avoiding certain foods that I know make me bloat + the foods from my food sensitivity test) 🏋🏻♀️Get back to your NORMAL exercise routine. Don’t punish yourself with extra, just get back into your usual plan. 🌱Eat veggies like #assparagus, that are natural diuretics. 👀Watch the sodium intake. If you drink plenty of water this usually isn’t a huge issue, but after a weekend out you probably consume more sodium than when you cook your own meals. Take it easy on the salt shaker for a few days. 🤙🏼Relax. Stress can make you bloat more so don’t worry about it. It will go away and you’ll be fine. ✨Take some @slapnutrition #relaxbro magnesium, because that’s my cure all 😂 #corebyliz
