Rising Stars: Meet Kasia Finelli of Gilbert

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kasia Finelli.

Hi Kasia, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I was born in Poland, that’s where I spent my childhood and finished my education. I’m very grateful for my upbringing – for how humble, kind and teaching it was. For all the good and the bad. It truly built the foundation of who I am as a person and makes me appreciate everything and everyone I am lucky to have in my life today.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
Not by a long shot. My mom was a single mom who worked really hard as a teacher, took all the overtime she could get and we always barely made it through each month. There was no school trips, elaborate gifts or eating out. My favorite thing to do was reading books from the library and listening to the radio. It was something that gave a boost to my imagination and gave me hope that life won’t be like this forever.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’m a local real estate agent, privileged to be a part of 72SOLD. I’m known for my honesty, integrity, compassion and negotiation skills. I understand the feelings of stress and worry that the moving process naturally comes along with. My goal is to take some of that pressure off, be there for my clients when they need me the most. Make sure they understand the process and are aware of all scenarios. They know they can always count on me and call me to chat whenever they just need to vent!

We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
As a history geek, I very much believe in the medieval philosophy of fortune. How capricious the sheer nature of fate is. The wheel, so to speak is spinning at random, bringing unexpected turns of events in ones life. I definitely feel blessed in many ways. I am fully aware my life turned out a certain way, because I had to journey on a long path to get to where I am today. I expect there to be good and bad times, such is life. I keep calm and carry on.
