Rising Stars: Meet Frances Graham of Mobile Business all Over the Phoenix Valley

Today we’d like to introduce you to Frances Graham.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Roughly 8 years ago I was diagnosed with several autoimmune diseases. I was bedridden three months a year at the very young age of 36. I already went to culinary school four years prior and I wanted to pursue my passion so I started a culinary company. I also at the time decided to start eating plant-based and finally decided to ethically make my business only vegan private chef services. In the process of creating my business I not only healed myself but I started the path of healing others through my Qigong Practice and Private chef services that included nutritional counseling, cooking classes and private parties teaching meat eaters the value and great taste of plant-based food.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The only struggle in starting my business was a lot of meat eater demographics clients wanted me to still cook meat and dairy for them in some form. I decided to strictly only prepare a vegan food. I missed out on a lot of business by doing that but it turn itself around later and increased my business by the stand I took. Also, Covid happened nine months after my business started which limited how many people I could serve and help heal

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I specialize in making creative plant-based comfort food. My meals are super unique in the fact that they are packed with flavor and I make up my own menus my own recipes and a unique flair for themes plus tastings. Often times I incorporate vegan wines and other Liquers in my vegan desserts I also perform many public speaking engagements that talk about my journey from eating meat dairy and eggs to a life of Friday with plants.

I manifest everything that I desire and specifically layout professional and personal goals in my life. Only good Karma is a result of that planning because I live my life with purpose and kindness
