Meet Tyson Gaylord of Max Romulus Marketing in Gilbert

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tyson Gaylord.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Tyson. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
End of summer 2010, with my girlfriend heading back to Nursing school, I elected to stay home with our 9 months old son. I was looking for a way to be able to stay home with him, and that is when I found online marketing as a potential way of doing that.

For the next few years, I dedicated myself to the industry, learning and perfecting my skills for my own personal projects. In 2015 I felt like I had accumulated all this knowledge and it wasn’t being utilized it to its full potential. I then decided the best way to remedy the situation would be to take on clients where I could help small business owners realize their dreams. This turned out to be the thing that was most fulfilling for me, like a parent watching their child grow up, I was watching these businesses grow and flourish in a way they never had before.

Bringing us to present day, we primarily focus on coaching and consulting to help facilitate personal and business growth for our clients.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It’s never a smooth road and if someone tells you otherwise their full of shit. However, the struggles are what make the journey fun, interesting and even possible. Without any of that, you would become bored and move to the next new and exciting thing. It’s not about the Destination, it’s about the Journey.

Max Romulus Marketing – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
We work as a coach/consultant to help guide business owners. Our approach is to go beyond marketing and focus on a few core things. One would be to understand their current process, problems and systems to better see what they’re doing good and most importantly where their focus lies.

Another would be to help them set a clear and concise vision and goal for what they’re looking to achieve. Also getting them to niche down to identify their 1000 true fans and create a customer profile to understand better where to focus their efforts most effectively.

What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
When a client has an opportunity or breakthrough, they never thought of or was possible before.
