Meet Robert Morales of Biltmore Area

Today we’d like to introduce you to Robert Morales.

Alright, thank you for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us how you got started?
I started my career right out of college, initially in sales with grocery, then consumer electronics (aka Best Buy Supervisor). I became a child abuse investigator and supervisor in 10 years of service between the State of Arizona and Denver County, Colorado. After that career, I reentered sales through real estate as an agent, which is my main current source of income; 9 years in November 2022. I also started a partnership with Our CEO Network to show entrepreneurs like myself who disliked sales and leverage off relationships to be successful in their small businesses. Our CEO Network is a membership-based marketing company seeking 501c6 status to serve better people who want to be independent and learn how to grow their business in non-traditional ways.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Not at all smooth, lol. I had to figure out how to create a business without help, leaving a 10-year career while going through a divorce. I have also lost about 100 lbs on a journey to discover how to eat and how food affects us. There was a point early in my career when I only had $75 in my checking account and didn’t know how I was going to make it another month. Not smooth at all.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I don’t sell houses. I help people get thru their situations; whether it is divorce, loss, or aggravating circumstances, I have always been the friend to listen and help you thru life events. I specialize in understanding and knowing emotions; striving for emotional intelligence. I am proud of this continual search for balance and mastery in all aspects of video, photo, and connections. I believe what sets me apart from others is the will to try something; life is about experiences, and fear should not be the thing that holds us back.

Alright, before we go, can you talk to us a bit about how people can work, collaborate, or support you?
There are 4 ways. Hold each other accountable for the things we agree to, inspire each other with talents known or ready to be discovered, be present in various moments we share, and share the experiences and knowledge along the way.
