We are a non-corporate structured company. We tailor our service to meet your needs for optimal benefits of your visit. We have employees and loyal customers that have been with us since 2008. At Blu Sol Spa, we love to make our clients feel confident about the choices they make for a healthy living, and we know first-hand the importance of quality Skin & Body Therapy. Each of our licensed massage therapists are under local certification, licensing requirements, and receive on-going training. We have designed our location to be eco-friendly.
Our spa is constructed with pure bamboo in our welcoming and common areas, as well as eco-friendly carpet in our therapy rooms. Each therapy room uses low-voltage and energy-efficient lighting and water-efficient bathroom fixtures. Our passion for healthy naturally restored skin.
Whether you enjoy a therapeutic massage, organic facials, or body treatments, the holistic approach to living is a personal choice. We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
To keep the experience of the spa and enjoying the organic atmosphere is a challenge as skin care products will come and go. We strive to have natural and organic products for our services and retail business. This is our hugest challenges as the products lines we started with has let their line get smaller so we have to look for new lines to fill in the lines we lost. The customers will love a product, order more and we can’t fill the orders. Then it more education to the clients and try the products for a service to see if the new product will be the right product for their skin. Just like a message we take the time to talk to our clients, review the issues with their skin and tailor a special program just for them.
The other challenge is finding quality licensed massage therapists. We have set standards on education hours, the training they have had and the understanding that we do what the client asks for and tailor the service for the client’s needs. For Blu Sol Spa for everyone LMT, we hire we might interview 15 or more. You have to be special, have the right attitude and message touch to work for the spa. We would rather lose a customer because we have no openings for that day then just hire an LMT to take more business and give an average massage. Some days we lose 15 plus services for us we stay what has made us successful and our values will not change for more business. As a family business, it is hard to compete against the large corporate massage spas with their marketing dollars and locations everywhere. For us when a customer walks in, has our service, they will notice the difference, and we have a customer for life. We have some many member and clients that have been coming to the spa for over nine years as each visit they see how special Blu Sol Spa is.

As a seasoned Sr. executive Manager with 25 years of experience in sales, marketing and operations, His key area of expertise is to design new, more powerful, and profitable strategies for large and small organizations (annual revenues of $2–$100 million) to increase sales, expand market share, and grow revenues and open new business locations..
Mike has signed long-term contracts over his management career partnering with LinkedIn, Facebook, Cisco, EA Sports, Apple, ESPN, Arnold Palmer Golf Management, Gary Player, Marriott- Hilton Hotels, LA Angels, LA Dodgers the SF 49ers and many others.
Mike is seasoned sales and business development training coach that has help Blu Sol Spa achieve the incredible sales growth they have had. He loves to spend time with each employee and mentor them for success. Mike is also the CEO of a local charity Pony 4 Precious www.pony4precious.org that help supports children and horse rescues.
What set us different from other companies is the customer focus we strive to do every day. When a customer walks in we know their name, ask them about their family or maybe something that was discussed in the last visit. We make sure when they leave was everything that they were looking for. We strive to make sure our employees are doing ok, help anytime we can to make their job easier, make sure they have the tools they need to succeed have a place they feel safe and want to work at. We like to give back why we support the charity Pony 4 Precious helps children. For us to know we have customers that have been with us for nine years, when they walk in we receive a huge smile, hugs a say to us you better never close this place down.
What sets us apart from other is we make each person no matter if you’re the first time visitor been coming for nine years feel special. We are never a hard sell trying to sell them something like some corporate spas companies. For us it all about the moment and the experience that customer should have when going to Blu Sol Spa.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
The future for us is to offer new products and services. We have a few exciting plans but this will be a secret for now until they are launched. We would like to expand on the south side one day as we have so many clients that travel an hour or longer for to have a service or two at Blu Sol Spa. We are asked every day please open in this city or there is a new building going up at this place that would be perfect for Blu Sol Spa. 2017 has been an amazing year with business up 23% YTD. That is allowing us to offer new and exciting products, services etc. Just in 2017, we launch new services from cold stone service to a body scrub that you do not even need to shower after the service.
