Meet Margherita Riello of Bell Fitness in Litchfield Park

Today we’d like to introduce you to Margherita Riello.

Margherita, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
My name is Margherita Riello, I was born in a small town in Italy called Marostica located by Vicenza in the Veneto region.

I am a Body Transformation Expert, certified ISSA Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Student, and FAI Certified Coach.

Michael, my fiancée, and business partner is a Tolleson and U of A graduate, he is a Speed and Agility Certified Coach, a NESTA- Certified Personal Trainer, and a former NFL Super Bowl Champion.

Our common passion for fitness and people is what pushed us to open Bell Fitness 6 years ago, formerly Fit Body Boot Camp, Litchfield Park.

Through coaching, caring, and support we strive to inspire our fitness family to set, reach, and exceed their health and wellness goals.

We live in Litchfield Park in the beautiful West Valley with our two daughters, Gracie (9) and Selah (8), and have been serving our community since 2014!

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It was definitely not a smooth road, there were many bumps.

First for Michael to readjust to a new norm and not playing anymore, then having 2 little ones very close in age, then opening a business we didn`t know much about…

We literally opened our door with 0, yes it`s not a typo, ZERO clients and we built a solid training model and an amazing fitness community, through many tries, new team members, and a lot of sweat, and tears.

Being a business owner is not easy, you have to deal with a lot of trials and errors, a lot of no`s, worries, and some drama, but it is definitely worth all of it!

Bell Fitness is not a gym! Bell Fitness promotes a complete lifestyle change.

Our signature 30-minute program offers you the benefit of strength and cardio training combined.

This program is designed for any fitness level and is focused to give you the best results in half of the time of traditional programs.

At Bell Fitness you will find a new home and feel part of an amazing community that has been servicing the West Valley for over 6 years!

We specialize in training adults (18 to 90+), we also offer youth speed and agility, football clinics, small group training, personal training, customized meal plans, functional training, body scans, and accountability!

We are very proud of our members and the results we provide! The change starts from the inside out, we challenge our members not only physically, but mentally, to be a 360-degree best version of themselves.

We are not your average gym or boot camp, we have a relationship with every single member, everyone here is family and is treated like family, we have many members that have been with us since we opened.

We are proud of the community that we built and to be a safe space for our members especially during these hard times.

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
I would definitely look for more help especially at the beginning and invested earlier in mentorship programs, to avoid many mistakes made 🙂

I would learn how to delegate earlier at the beginning of the business, you can`t do it all, no one can 🙂

I would be more careful about who we hired; a strong team makes a huge difference.

I would follow a business blueprint from day 1 to avoid many headaches.
