Today we’d like to introduce you to Luke Hancock.

Hi Luke, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Les Englund started his Bin There Dump That franchise in Phoenix/Scottsdale in 2012. Les wanted to bring Bin There Dump That’s Residential Friendly dumpster rental service to the Phoenix/Scottsdale area because he thought it presented a simple, fast and reliable way for homeowners and contractors to address the waste disposal of their home projects.

Is the road of any small business smooth? Would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect? Can you talk to us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way?
There were certainly issues in personnel, marketing, and financial management, but it’s now hitting over $1mil in sales per year since 2021.

I work for the home office of Bin There Dump That. I coordinate with Les to help him grow his business throughout Phoenix/Scottsdale, specifically with his digital marketing efforts.

What does success mean to you?
We define success by helping franchise operators build a flourishing business, like Les in Phoenix. It’s gratifying when they communicate that they’re happy with their choice of investing in a Bin There Dump That franchise. ith their choice of investing in a franchise.
