Meet Krystylle Richardson

Today we’d like to introduce you to Krystylle Richardson.

Simply put, Krystylle loves seeing people become better versions of themselves mentally, physically, spiritually, financially, emotionally and more. Krystylle lives and breathes for this in her marriage, her children, friends, family, and clients. She is an International Speaker-Leadership and Mindset Accountability Coach-International Best-Selling Author-Radio Show Host-Red Carpet Interviewer-Philanthropist-Missionary-Wife and Mother of two young adult girls. Her radio show has been heard throughout almost 40 countries and she has taught and spoken in 25 countries and counting. She is hyper-focused on helping you be a better you! She tells her clients, “I evict the barriers from your mind and life to catapult you to achieve the results you deserve!” Her motivation is her client’s results as she encourages every one of them to be controversial, be transformation and be the answer. Did you know that a staggering 92 percent of people that set New Year’s goals never actually achieve them? That’s according to research by the University of Scranton. This may not be the case for some people but is for alot of them. This is one of the reasons why Krystylle is so passionate to help people. She believes that we were all put on this earth by God to have way greater impact than what we all currently live. So many are playing small and this affects those they were meant to affect. She expressed that she sees so many just existing rather than thriving and accomplishing change for the greater good.

She is also known in various circles as The Leadership Expert, Driven, Brilliant, Gifted, an Amazing Business Coach, an Innovative/Creative Thinker, and a true Leader! Krystylle is a sought after international business-transformation consultant, inspirational speaker, mentor, life-coach, a best-selling author, recording artist, engineer, choreographer, ordained minister, awarded humanitarian and missionary.

MINDSET | MINDFULNESS & MORE. Studies show taht over 40 million people in the U.S. suffer from anxiety and depression. Krystylle has been in that group and has vowed to do what she could to be the change for others as she has needed in the past for herself. The focus is so heavy on mindset because she has suffered silently from low-esteem, low self-confidence and depression for many years. Smiling and high-performance on the outside and suffocating from the deafening sounds of mind-trash “self-talk” on the inside. She has had to utilize the techniques in her life as she now teaches her clients. She had to wake up and say “no more” and slowly understand her inner struggles, and put people’s opinions and jealously where they belong, in the trash. She relied heavily on her faith, and asked God to give her a better understanding of why she was here and what to do next in her life.

She is now admired by many for her boldness and confidence as she sometimes in a strong tone or tearfully tells her stories. These true-life stories are now used to give others an example of strength to know that they can rise above the mental bondage of their haters and abusers as well. Krystylle is often requested as a keynote speaker, mindset speaker, trainer, coach, mistress of the ceremony (MC), guest speaker at church events and more. Her interactive nature has always left audiences getting the maximum impact out of her speaking engagements. With her focus on Napoleon Hill’s teachings and philosophies, she truly believes that whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve, as long as there is some DOING happening. It has been said for years that, Thoughts are Things. Krystylle believes that if we put MOTION to those things, we remember the thoughts better and can implement the corresponding learnings quicker. One of her focus points related to this is ACTION OVER WORDS.

MOTIVATION & BULLYING. Krystylle grew up in Flint, Michigan and her family was her refuge from her days of being bullied and harassed for trying to be a good student. National Center for Education Statistics and Bureau of Justice) indicates that, nationwide, about 20% of students ages 12-18 experienced bullying. She was one of them. She quickly learned how to do her best to blend in rather than be noticed for fear of more criticism, hitting, food put in her hair, and other hateful acts from her schoolmates. With bullying, racists acts, sexism, some sexual harassment, job discrimination and more, Krystylle has had to rely on her faith in God and her inner strength more than once in order to focus on her personal greatness quest. As she found herself trying to carefully navigate through her school days and into adulthood, Krystylle has come to a point where she is not backing down from sharing her voice. She now creates and accepts opportunities to share her light and is boldly stepping into her greatness day after day and year after year. She is an advocate for anti-bullying and has another book that will be published later in 2020 regarding “Habits To End Bullying.”

As Krystylle has gained the skills and tools to finally evict her own mental barriers, she has come to a place in her life where it is a MUST that she do the same for others whenever she can. Her passion for people often means that she is fully engaged with her clients, in a quest to help them see the best versions of themselves, sooner than they might on their own. She has been a student of the mind for more than four decades. She has conducted tens of thousands of hours of counseling on her own, and with her husband of 28 years. Together they have conducted thousands of hours of pre-marital counseling, counseling of married couples contemplating divorces, teen counseling and mentorship, juvenile anti-detention counseling, suicide watch counseling, counseling for the homeless or those with criminal records trying to get back into society, Christian counseling, as well as sessions regarding peoples mindset regard finances and more.

As a result of what Krystylle has witnessed on how people’s overall vision of themselves and of life affects everything else, she has developed a few tools of her own. One is the 27-second MindShift Hack called “THRIVE27”. This MindShift Hack is proving to be one that allows people to put another useful tool into their mindfulness toolbox. She says that it can be used as many times as necessary throughout each day. She also has a THRIVE-IN-5 Program that are 5 steps to experience greatness every day. As a best-selling author, she has books that she has published for sale and others she has only used for giveaways during missions trips and for students of all ages. Her newest book, INTO THE NEW, has had people expressing their thanks as a value tool during it’s pre-release.

TIME TO JUMP. Whenever she does her signature talk on Jumping into YOUR Greatness it is one that you do not want to miss. She focuses on mindset evaluation through meditative type breathing and visualization with activating your faith in God, evicting fears and fibs and elevating our thinking.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Being able to even TALK about my history with bullying had been a struggle for me. It was not until I decided that I was not going to let those thoughts control my destiny, that I was really able to love me for me and BE the BEST version of myself. I had to get over some of the fears that Napoleon Hill talks about, Fear of what others will say, what people will think, or even the fear of playing BIG, because of what people would think. So I struggled with not talking about accomplishments since people that were in my circle at the time considered it bragging rather than celebrating with me. I started to get over the struggle by saying NO MORE, embracing ME, believing the promises of God more than ever before and living out loud.

I spent several years age 50 to 52, re-discovering myself in God’s eyes, and opening the door to self-love. This was not easy. Even with all of the things that I had accomplished, it still did not compare with the plans that God has for me. He had fulfilled some of the plans but had also let me see that I was capable of so much more and had so many more people to impact. That acceptance allowed me to GO FOR MY OWN GREATNESS. So as a two and 1/2-year-old (52.5 years old that is), I started to let my voice be heard, my real voice, from my soul. I had an opportunity to start a radio show to get my story out and help others and I took it. So many amazing things have happened since then, my cup runneth over, for real… I feel so blessed to be alive and be able to openly thank God for introducing me to me and being ok with who I got introduced to. It is an incredible journey.

Please tell us more about your work, what you are currently focused on and most proud of.
I love the journey’s that I am able to impact as part of Build That Biz and Above Your Best. I specialize in helping people to do what I did. I help people to get to know themselves, and discover what is really important to them. After we go through that purging and building process, they are off to the races of fulfilling their life purpose, dreams and destiny. I use a three part process of Evaluate, Evict and Elevate… so you can Execute your plans and thrive as the best version of yourself. I do this with individuals and with business owners (fresh entrepreneurs and C-Suite executives as well).

I help people to embrace there faith and focus, evict fears and fibs (lies that we tell ourselves about not being enough), and then unleash them on the world per their UNIQUE Freedom Formula. It is so amazing to witness the freedom that one has once they purge the dead branches that have weighed them down for too long. Freedom brings life and life brings fresh light… that fresh light is attractive and thus brings peace and even monetary gain for people to live the lives they always dreamed of.

My Radio Show Soaring with Eagles helps with that as well. I have had thousands of listeners and am in about 40 countries thus far. What a blessing. I dig deep into the minds of millionaires and billionaires and discuss their dreams as children, their hopes, their mistakes, their mindset, and leadership principles… all in a fun and interesting way that helps fresh business owners to take bits and pieces of their roadmap and craft their own. I love the discussion we have on that show. Also Above Your Best, is a show for fresh business owners to share, and we celebrate their triumphs and give advice on strategies to excel even more. I love pouring into people. Youth and adults. This is what brings me true happiness. God is good and I love sharing the gifts that he has placed in me to help others see him and see their own capabilities in a new light as well.

I am really thankful that the resources God has blessed my husband and I to steward, has allowed us to work with some great, awesome and amazing volunteers as part of our nonprofit Full Color Movement International. We work a lot with the homeless, at-risk youth, single moms and also foreign missions. Part of this is the Give Hope Luncheons we do every 1st Saturday. It is such an honor to show love throughout the month and first hand in the parks and streets of the Phoenix, Mesa, and Tempe Arizona. We have great volunteers, and always need more if any of the readers want to join us. We are a nonprofit so donations are always needed for food, transportation, and mentor help as part of Echelon Leadership Institute. We are always looking for mentors and internships for youth that excel in our programs. Another part of this is, a great cause to join medical professionals together to serve, as well as anyone who wants to lend a hand.

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
Wow, this is a great question. If I were able to start my life over, I might take out a few of the really really crazy mistakes and replace them with the SAME life lesson but with a lesser craziness factor. I love the fact that all of what we do in life and the things that we did not get to do shapes us into who we are today. I guess I am just being a bit selfish in wanting to wish some of those things away. All in all, though, I thank God for each and every day and wouldn’t trade my overall journey for anything.

The bible says that all things work together for good for those who love God and are called according to his purpose… so I’ll just leave everything the same now that I think about it. I will just continue to be thankful for the lessons and the life that I am still blessed to have to try to do better and be better each and every day. I am not perfect, and I have lots that I have to say I’m sorry for or ask for forgiveness for… we all do. I just try to spend more time these days focused on myself and on those who ask my opinion as a client, plus my family. My husband and I have been married 28 years (whoo-hoo) and we have two lovely young adult girls Kelsey and Kayla. SO with them, my clients and myself, my hands are full and my brain is too. I have stories that I use to relate to my clients and my family. So as I stated, I think I would leave everything as is and simply count my blessings.
