Today we’d like to introduce you to Clayton MacGregor.
Clayton, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
My best friend/business partner have been in the restaurant business for most of our lives and were sick of working for other people. We felt we could do our own restaurant for the people by us the people. We knew what we didn’t like about the way restaurants were going so we wanted to do what we felt was right. We treat our clients as family and keep it simple, humble, good.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Never a smooth road, we have overcome adversity at every turn and grown from it. I love overcoming obstacles and getting better everyday, week, month and years.
We recently celebrated our five year anniversary and had our toughest most challenging year to date. Heads up and persevere the hardships of owning a mom and pop shop.
We have made it this far, we do what we feel is right in our hearts, and treat our employees with respect.
