Today we’d like to introduce you to Benjamin Benulis.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
When I first opened up shop in Phoenix back in 2018, I was working out of a group wellness office with many other practitioners. I had a small room in the corner and hustled hard to bring in business.
I remember some of my early clients coming with insane chronic pain and chronic illness problems that I was scared to even attempt to help, but saw absolute miracles when I did. It really grew my confidence as a practitioner. That office eventually shut down in 2019, and then I was renting space in another office that got too chaotic over disagreements about COVID policies and I finally ended up where I am now in 2021 and love it.
I now split my time between remote health coaching autoimmune clients and delivering gentle but powerful network spinal chiropractic care to local folks.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
The struggles along the way have been numerous. I am on my 3rd location in only 4 years! COVID was definitely a huge challenge to keep the doors open and keep serving people, ironically when their health has been more important than ever.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I run two healthcare-related businesses. Create Health focuses on helping people heal from autoimmune diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, ulcerative colitis, psoriasis, and other chronic metabolic diseases with diet and lifestyle. Life Unfolds chiropractic helps people heal from chronic pain conditions like sciatica, low back pain, and migraines.
What sets me apart from others is that I use completely novel approaches to solving both sets of problems that get the best results with essentially zero side effects. On the chronic disease side, we use no medications or supplements, just diet, and lifestyle.
On the chronic pain side, we use a very gentle, low-force light touch chiropractic technique that gets the body to release its own tension rather than forcing the tension out of the body. I often find that I am serving the people who have tried “everything” to heal from chronic pain or chronic disease with no luck and I end up being the solution for them.
Are there any apps, books, podcasts, blogs, or other resources you think our readers should check out?
I really like using the insight timer app on my phone to keep me accountable for daily “working in” activities like meditation, tai chi, etc.
