Ashley, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
After spending over a decade in Marketing for small to medium-sized companies here in the Valley, I got pregnant and gave birth to my first child, my daughter, and then my son 17 months later. I knew I wanted to be a working mom and continue to pursue my passion and my career in the Digital Marketing world, but I was determined to find an opportunity that provided incredible work/life balance, one that embraced being both a mother and a businesswoman, and found that there was not a lot of options out there. Knowing my goals, and having an entrepreneurial spirit, E Squared Marketing was born. E Squared was created and inspired by my kid’s names, which are Ellie & Eli.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Becoming a business owner always has its challenges, but it is the journey, not the destination, right? Every day I, along with my entire team strive to continue to learn, grow, and create more services, and better quality products for our clients. To see where I started and where we are today is a huge difference. With better systems, more education and practice, we have found a rhythm to success in the digital marketing space for our clients.
