Today we’d like to introduce you to Eren Bozbulut.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
There were so many things I always wanted to do. I prefer to proceed step by step. I studied graphic design at university. After making a career in the advertising industry for a few years and receiving awards, I started to do photography in addition. My photos have been published in many global magazines in a few years. For about three years, I have been fulfilling my childhood dream in the music industry.
Currently, I still continue in three different art branches. I guess my secret is that I love doing art so much.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road has always been very difficult. Everyone wants you to be the same these days. The people around us, our friends, the media, our teachers, even our family… But art, to me, is being different. My whole life has been spent fighting to make this difference accepted. It’s like watching the world on a different planet. The artist wants to get some kind of reward for his labor. I think I’ve been broken a thousand times at this point. But now I’m in the phase where I let go of my expectations and just enjoy the road. And I am grateful for what these challenges have taught me.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I do graphic design, photography, and music.
I am proud of all my work. I usually proceed by listening to my inner voice. Instead of taking part in this race, I am happy in my nothingness. I guess that might be what makes me different or unique.
